Ako kasi when i wear a shirt, hindi mukhang maganda yung bod ko. Tipong average lang, I like wearing breathable fabric, yung komportable ako. And since im into MMA, 70% ng shirt ko is MMA shirt/s. :D

For my BB needs as an ectomorph, I'd go for strength - heavy stack low reps. as compared to muscular endurance - light stack high reps.
