    kuha ka ng mangkok (bowl) at dun ilagay yung mga itlog tapos yung mangkok ang ipatong mo dun sa bagong saing ng kanin

    -DONT eat raw eggs. once in a while kapag tamad ok lang, pero wag palagi. research on it in google.
    raw eggs are also harder to digest. Pang Rocky or rambo pelikula moments lang daw to, pero hindi na dapat ito ginagawa dahil supot daw.

    ang ginagawa ko, put eggs in glass container. microwave it for 3 minutes. 1 yolk + 6 whites. mix the yolk with the whites so it does not pop in the microwave. just scrub the container well with a hard sponge or brush kase may tendency dumikit ung itlog.

    this is the fastest way for eggs.

    -LIGO Sardines - Drain nyo lang yung sauce kase daming sodium.. pwede din siya i-rinse with drinking water after taking out sauce to further remove sauce. Meron din siyang Sachet pack na di kelangan can opener

    -Century Tuna - Ingat ingat nalang sa Mercury. After years of eating this, medyo may mga nangyari saking 'health threats'. Yung mga flakes in oil nito, lakas sa fat.. good luck. Yung Chunks in water naman, hirap i-digest unless i mix ng mabuti. Tsaka masyadong tuyo at compressed. Haluin nyu nalang, madali ako makaexperience ng indigestion dito, pero ito na siguro pinaka mura :)

    Ako, Eggs yung #1 ko. Whey protein #2, Fish/Chicken #3.

    Tokwa/Soy - Ingat din. Too much of this may cause testosterone to drop and u may produce estrogen. Though there are debates from both sides pro/against soy, i guess u be the judge. If Soy works for u, thats great, but i wouldn't make this my main protein source. If i had Whey allergy, i would find egg-white powder instead of Soy powder. but just my personal opinion

    eggs: 1 yolk to 6 egg whites - this is not scientific, this is just my preference. but alot of people also mix it, kanya kanyang ratios. is it better to eat all the yolks? one yolk is 4+ grams of fat and 70% daily value of cholesterol. i heard that u should eat the yolk becoz it is very healthy and aids in digestion/ nutritional absorption of the white, etc. so now i make sure to eat at least one yolk as much as possible.

    regarding raw vs cooked, i googled it and it says that the risk of salmonella poisoning is very rare so it is relatively safe to eat raw eggs, but it isn't healthier or doesnt give more protein than if its eaten cooked. so it has no more value other than convenience.

    tokwa: i really don't know, but id rather be safe than sorry.. although from being a heavy tokwa eater, tokwa seems to not be satiating or hindi siya nakakabusog which may lead to over-eating.

    tuna: there was a time this was my only protein source. for bodybuilding we need to eat a lot! and if canned tuna is the only or #1 protein source, in the longrun, it can really be dangerous. from personal experience, it was for me. were all different so i cant say the same for others.. but this is already a bit extreme, just as a warning, im sure no one really has canned tuna as their only protein source.

    kahit magalit sakin ang tao kapag broscience ang sagot nya eh sasabihin ko talaga

    di ako kumokontra..gusto ko lang maging aware din ang ibang tao

    Isang Scientific evidence na parang naiisiip nila kasi gumagana sa katawan nila kumbaga halimbawa pag kasama sa diet nila ung carrots at naging lean sila kasi gumagana talaga sa kanila eh sinasabi nila "oo kelangan mo carrots kasi fiber para mas maging lean muscle mo"...kumbaga parang ayun yung clue na naiisip nila kasi hiyang sa katawan nila at iniisip nila na kala nila gagana din sa iba

    Century tuna in brine: 28php x3 =84 php
    Gardenia wheat bread un malaki = 65php
    Veggies (cucumber,tomato) = 20 php
    267php

    Good for a week na to, pwedeng lunch and dinner! heheheh

    tapos bili ng itlog na mga P20 = 7 piraso maliliit...

    Malaki ba ang difference kung steam ang gagawing luto sa fish/chicken breast kesa sa prito? Wala pala kasi kaming steamer dito sa bahay eh. Or baka meron po kayong suggestion na pdeng gawing alternative para at least hindi gumamit ng mantika?

    ^sa katawan ko di hiyang ang mag fatloss ng puro mamantika at prito..siguro halos karamihan ng nag da diet eh hindi nag prito kasi pag mamantika eh ang taas ng fats at carbohydrates na dinadagdag...kahit si jjgomez hindi nag prito..puro steam lang hehe

    eh ang purpose pa naman sa nutrition ng diet eh low fat at low carbs


    ako bumili ako steamer 380pesos lang sa palengke marami kana malalagay ^_^

    opinyon ko mag steamer ka mas matipid sa mantika kasi walang mantika at mabilis maluto kasi pedeng marami ilagay mo ..mga 11-14mins tapos na ang lahat ^_^

    Pag sa eggs anung luto ginagawa nyo and pano? Sa ngayon kasi pag mag egg ako, eh puro scrambled lang. Tas sa butter ko niluluto instead na mantika. Okay lang ba yun? Or pag may steamer na ako, pano ko sya lulutuin dun if ever pde?

    Nag papalaki paps, and diet in the sense na iniiwasan ko yung mga high fat na foods para hindi mamuo yung taba sa katawan.

    hmmm ibig mong sabihin nag papalaki

    hindi kasi pedeng pag sabayin yang diet at pag papalaki

    kahit sa pag papalaki try mo din kumain ng mga porkchop minsan,adobo etc etc..yun masarap sa bulking eh kahit araw araw ka mag cheat meal mga once a day eh ok lang eh..

    pag sa diet mas mahirap..sa totoo lang kakasawa na kinakain ko walang kalasa lasa pero tiyagaan lang:D mabagal kasi ako mag loss ng fat..

    pero nung sinubukan ko ung steam eh after 1month nung nag memeasure ako ng fat eh ambilis mawala...fat sa waist:D

    Hindi ko naman po goal yung malaking katawan na as in malaki talaga. Kumbaga gusto ko lang mag build ng muscles ala-basketball player ba :D sa ngayon kasi may chan pa din ako. Maybe isa sa reason ko yun kaya inaalalayan ko yung mga kinakain ko.

    Btw, one cup of rice lang ako per day. Except kung may lakad tapos sa resto ang kain. Pero kung may ma-order naman ako na iba, eh iniiwasan ko na yung rice :D

    diet ko ngayon weekly:

    1 kilo tuna = 200 pesos 8-10 slices (broiled in teflon type grill)
    1 kilo chicken breast skinless = 180 pesos 3-4 pcs (boiled in teflon type grill/boiled with pinch of salt)
    1 tali okra = 5 pesos
    1 tali talong = 10 pesos
    gardenia wheat bread = 60 pesos
    3 in can coors light during saturday ( cheat day) ^^

    kulang kulang 500 gastos ko weekly pero di kasama lunch dyan kasi nag 1 cup of rice ako sa work plus veggies and fish. Oo nga pla, for some reason pag nakain ako ng wheat bread andali ko magutom bakit kaya?

    1.Genetics
    2.Dobleng Hardwork sa Natural
    3.Steroids <<<ito pinaka ano...pag wala ka nung 1 and 2 walang kwenta..


    kasi sa Bodybuilding Competition kung un talaga tinutukoy ng mga tao na ayaw mag kasing laki ng ganun eh ito masasabi ko sa kanila

  • Interesado ako sa topic na ito, kasi ang mahal ng beef steak! hehe Ewan ko kung tutoo ang mga food labels natin dito sa 'pinas, pero yung isang maliit na lata ng Mackerel, 14g(!) ang nakalista na protein content (Ligo yata yun o 555). Sardines naman, 12g. Di ko lang matandaan mga kapatid yung mga brands sensia na.

    Yung munggo, mayaman din yata sa protina to, at mura pa. Mga beans, red and white beans, ganun din, chipipay food. Liver siguro, pero mataas ang cholesterol.
