Don't be use cheap diet foods. It is harmful for your health and also your body muscles. Just eat good quality food. Good quality foods are helpful for your muscles.
kauubos lang ng gardenia ko nung makalawa, di pa ko nagggrocery. pag kumain kasi ako nun lantak e, hanggang mabusog, karaniwan nakakawalong slice ako sa isang kainan. yung isang loaf na yun swerte na kung tumagal ng 2 days haha. pinapalamanan ko lang ng reno or egg/tuna spread or pritong itlog!
i think so. considering na it gives lots of nutrients compared to a regular white rice or any source of carbs with protein. me, im trying to incorporate rolled oats to my meal kapalit minsan ng rice.
