@TS, between the two i'd go with workout 1... bias ksi nagawa ko na noon. :) here's a thought.. why don't you do workout 1 for about a month.. then workout 2 for another month. let us know the results. good luck!

bro, the macros will differ depending on how the food was prepped, other ingredients, & method of cooking. guestimate mo na lang gaano ka lean yun bigat tapos saka mo multiply sa 4 calories. hth!
