new member again

there's a newbie again

here i am..
i am very thin because of my height..
i wanna go buff..
before i started lifting weights i think i weigh about 132-134lbs..
i just started this october..as of now i weigh 150lbs..
and still continuing my lifting session with myself..lol

i eat 4x a day..all of it are heavy meals..a lot of rice and any kind of viand we have..
since that were not that rich i cant accommodate those supplements available in the market..
im using the natural resources i can least have..i eat 6 egg whites boiled everyday..
3 in the lunch and 3 after workout..and i drink 2 glasses of milk everyday..lol..seriously..

i dont have a photo of me before i started lifting weights
but i'll try to upload a photo of me of what i am now..
im still lanky..i wanna go buff..
i hope i can go to 200lbs if ever..

i also need a help,tip,suggestion,and opinions of others..
because im a beginner an amateur in these field of bodybuilding..

i know that no pain no gain
train insane or stay the same
dont quit and stay fit
this fight is between me and myself..:sport:
