im taking 4 scoops a day sa whey protein. that's around 100g of protein. pero distributed din 4 times a day. drink lots of water. taking ON Whey. lpove the choco malt. this may will try the EAS(bibigyan ako pangtesting)

@louie suggested use sa label is 8 weeks everyday then 4 weeks off. sakin 4 weeks used pa lang and on training days lang nagtatake. will stop on my sixth week. :)

im using NO xplode. okay ang epekto sakin sa weightlifting. tinry ko rin during basketball pero ambilis mgdry ng bibig/lalamunan ko. guys anong gamit nyong gloves?

i dont take straight creatine mono. no xplode(training day lang) tinitake ko + whey protein. and yes i do take multivitamins, flax seed oil, cranberry juice, apple juice.

wala naman. madalas lang pag ihi kase marami rin akong naiinom na tubig. pag di ako nainom ng tubig di naman ako naihi ng madalas eh.hehe medyo paranoid lang like sa back pains.hehehe
