    Ako sa chichirya, fishball, hotdog and noodles I limit myself only once a week. Pag di matiis ang chichirya 2x a week. ^_^

    Adek ako sa chips eh. Pero iniisip ko money burn lang yun and pag nakalimutan ko ang craving mawawala din.

    Eat the same healthy, high-protein meals you have been eating while you are in bulking phase

    The difference would just be that you need to take 80% only of your daily calorie requirement

    For example:

    If your daily calorie requirement is 2500 calories, then you would need to take only 2000 calories per day if you will enter cutting phase


    Also, the training program in cutting phase will be the same as that of the bulking phase

    Lifting light weights for a high number of repetitions to lose fat is a myth

    bro.. kung gus2 mo mag diet , bawas lng ng carbohydrates gaya ng kanin... pro di ko sinasabi na mag pagutom ka , kasi kung nag bubuhat ka di ka pwede magutom.. kaya ang gawin mo dagdagan mo ang ulam mo,... make sure na healthy foods at hindi mga basura... mas maganda kung puro protein tulad ng manok ,isda,itlog .. samahan mo na rin ng prutas at gulay , medyo mahal pero surebol naman...
    bawas din tayo sa mga matatamis bro...
    at syempre di mawawala ang workout.. kelangan nasa high reps ka, mga 15-18 reps tpos mga heavy mo gawin mong 10 or 12 reps... kung gus2 mo mapadali mag cardio ka sa umaga...
    yun lang bro , basta tyaga lng, saka wag ka mainip ...

    siguro mga 1yr na rin... pro payat ako dati.. tpos ginawa ko nmn kumaen ako ng kumaen.. tpos un!! hanggang ngayon gnun parin ginagawa ko...
    basta kpg nag workout ka pre , bawat muscle part once a week lng..
    saka wag ka mag doble ng musclepart sa isang program .. kung chest ka chest lng ... wag ka mag singit ng bicep or tricep..

    Actually, in performing exercises for large muscle groups like chest exercises, you're already using your small muscle groups like biceps and triceps depending on the nature of the exercise (push/pull). Walang purpose puro chest lang, cause after every exercise you do, the muscles get weaker in succeeding exercises. It's best to combine large muscle groups with small muscle groups.

    For the past six months, puro fastfood sa Taft/Vito Cruz kasi naghahabol sa thesis revision. Pinaka-"malinis" ko nang pagkain yung Yakisoba ng Tokyo-Tokyo sa tabi ng CSB. Thankfully, nai-submit na kanina kaya puwede na ring masimulang mag-diet nang mas maayos.

    umm... tuna chicken and beef, lahat yun masarap ah. unless you coock it without any spices and sodium. well if thats the case hindi nga masarap yun.another question for ateh cheese, do you compete? as in bb or figure competition?

    bulking phase ako ngayon kaya napapa rice din.

    Pag eat all you can yung mga beef ang binabanatan ko tyaka mga isda tapos half rice.

    my meal. again on bulking.kase pumayat ako nung nahospital ako.

    BF:
    4 eggs (1 egg yolk) hard boiled
    whey + milk
    oatmeal (minsan wheat bread)
    Banana
    2caps flaxseed oil

    snack:
    assorted peanuts

    lunch:
    kung ano meron sa carenderia. meat-veggie-rice combination

    snack (pre-workout):
    peanut butter sandwich
    +no xplode after 2 hours

    post workout:
    Whey + water
    tuna (turbo broiler)
    Rice
    Del monte fruit Juice

    before sleep:
    whey + milk
