    no prob bro, kasi isipin mo kahit nga ung mga hindi nag su-supplement eh need din mag-detox at least a day a week.

    Lalo na satin me vitamins/supplements ka pa syempre mahihirapan mag filter ung kidneys and liver natin nito kaya need rin ng pahinga. Basta when ON something ka dapat talaga kaibigan mo ang water bottle mo kahit san dapat kasama mo hehehe.

    sa mga bago pa lang nagbubuhat, focus muna kayo sa whole foods

    napapansin ko kasi sa iba, parang masyadong worried sa protein supplements

    i dont take straight creatine mono. no xplode(training day lang) tinitake ko + whey protein. and yes i do take multivitamins, flax seed oil, cranberry juice, apple juice.
  • Good evening! Newbie lang po ako dito sa site. But nagbubuhat na din po ako for almost a year. Hope tama po itong post ko dito. Currently I'm taking up jack3d before workout then nitro-tech hardcore after workout. Ask ko lang po sana if pde pa ba ako magdagdag ng supplements? I mean yung pampa-cuts. I'm planning to take up din po kasi yung hydroxycut hardcore (pampa-cuts din po ba ito?). If not, is there any supplement you can suggest na pampa-cuts(if pde pa po ako magdagdag ng tinitake).

    IMO

    mukhang oks naman PW-jacked then PO-Nitrotech.

    You dont need hydro if high intensity naman ang training mo and you're eating right,
    pero if you got money to burn go ahead pero dont expect it to be some kind of overnight pill to work

    kahit di mo naman agad dagdagan ang weight

    an added repetition is considered an added stress to the muscle

    basta pag kaya mo na ang 8 to 9 reps sa current weight, dagdagan mo na ng 5 lbs or 10 lbs sa next session pero 5 to 6 reps lang

    basta ang importante ay progressive ang training ng ginagawa mo. dapat ay mas mahirap lagi ang next session

    lifting the same amount of weight for the same number of repetitions does not stimulate muscle growth.
  • Thanks po sa mga inputs nyo. Noted po mga sirs. Tanong ko lang din po sana kung which is better, jack3d or yung NO Xplode? About naman po sa jack3d e ramdam ko naman ito tuwing mag workout ako. But since naririnig-rinig ko po yung NO Xplode, hingi lang po sana ako ng reviews about dito. TIA!

    never tried NO or jack3d but sa bb.com number one ang NO xplode kaso mahal nga lang daw.
    Much better if you try na rin un NO explode pero kung satisfied ka naman sa results that you're getting from Jack3d why change di ba? hehe
  • Nasa Genes din ba kung mabagal lumaki ang chest? AT meron ba ditong post tungkol sa chest workout at mga target at epekto chest muscle.. Hirap lumaki ang chest ko .hehe.. Thanks!

    im using NO xplode. okay ang epekto sakin sa weightlifting. tinry ko rin during basketball pero ambilis mgdry ng bibig/lalamunan ko.

    guys anong gamit nyong gloves?

    Thank you sir. Ganun na nga lang din po siguro gagawin ko, try ko na lang din NO Xplode paubos na din naman jack3d ko. I-observe ko na lang kung alin sa dalawa magiging mas effective for me. :)

    Sir thanks po. Ask ko lang po kung pano dosage nyo sa NO Xplode? With jack3d kasi 2 scoops ang ginagawa ko since maliit lang yung scooper nila (5.55g per scoop). Pero may nagsabi po sakin na every 2weeks daw dapat ang pagtake (hindi ko naman po ginagawa). May point kaya yun? As for now umiinom ako jack3d every before workout.

    For us to help you, pls specify the following

    1. How do you train your chest ? (plate weight, number of reps, number of sets, number of exercises)

    2. How many times do you train your chest in a week ?

    3. What do you eat ? How much protein do you eat ?

    4. Are you getting enough sleep ?


    Basically, extra muscle will only be built if the body detects that it needs that extra muscle

    Muscle building is based on the principle of progressive training. Each successive workout session should be harder than the previous one

    The common mistake of most weight lifters is that they do not monitor their progress


    Example:

    Guy A lifts 70 lbs on the bench press for 2 sets of 7 reps. After the workout, he just packed his things and went home. Then for the next session, he doesn't remember what he lifted in his previous session. He then decided to again lift 70 lbs on the bench press for 2 sets of 7 reps.

    Guy B lifts 70 lbs on the bench press for 2 sets of 7 reps. After the workout, he puts into writing the amount of weight he lifted, the number of reps, and the number of sets. For the next session, he lifts 70 lbs on the bench press for 2 sets of 8 reps.

    Don't be a Guy A.


    In short, lifting the same amount weight for the same number of reps and same number of sets for the next session doesn't stimulate muscle growth.

    Of course, there are still other factors that affect muscle growth

    mga pre anu bang magandang pang cardio yung pang bahay lang? wala kasi ako threadmill sa bahay tyaka bike. nakakapag cardio lang kasi ako pag oras ng gym. hindi naman makapag jogging dahil sa work shifting kasi...

    maganda epek sakin.nkapagdagdag ako ng extra weight and more reps. madali recovery in between sets. nice for cutting i guess?hehe and you can cut your carbs intake before workout..take lang ng no xplode.medyo pricey i guess. pero have to use in moderation. panay dapat ang paginom ng tubig kaya madalas din ang naiihi.
    ang gloves ko kase harbinger na medyo luma na. nung 2008 pa yun! hehehe kaya naghahanap ako ng bago kase medyo matigas na sya eh. :)

    I am planning to do jogging starting next week. In 1 week po ba ilang araw at least pwede mag jogging for me to lose weight?

    Sa diet naman ang hirap maiwasan mga pagkain dito sa bahay pag bakasyon. Ano po pede mga kainin para hindi tumaba?

    siguro sa umpisa mga 4x a week..tapos after 3-4weeks 5-6x a week...

    iwasan mo lang yung madaming kanin..siguro once a day rice...

    kain ka lang low fat foods..iwasan mo junkfoods,softdrinks,pork basta mga nakakataba

    suggested use sa label is 8 weeks everyday then 4 weeks off. sakin 4 weeks used pa lang and on training days lang nagtatake. will stop on my sixth week. :)
