    When do you know when to stop bulking?

    ...72kg na ako ngayon, with love handle. Di na kasya mga pants ko, parang na pa-sobra ata bulk ko at may 2 months pa ko natitira. 11kg na gain ko in 7mos. Fats siguro halos lahat swerte na kung naka 2kg na muscle. People actually goof on me now, calling me fat, lol.

    IMO, it depends on your goal/bodytype that you want. Ok lang sir itodo mo na ung bulk mo wag mo muna pansinin ung nagsasabi ng mataba ka, because I'm sure di ka nagiisa ako nasasabihan din nyan lalo na ung mga ermats/tita/matatanda or walang alam sa bodybuilding heheheheh

    tama! walang makakapag sabi sir kung kelan ka mag stop mag bulk.. If you're already good with your mass, then switch to cutting :)

    Ayos lang ba mag squat dun sa bar na may parang nakapasok na foam sa gitna ng bar? merun kasi dito sa gym nakalagay sa power rack or dun nalang ako sa wala.

    kung free weights na barbell to sir is ayus lang, actually ganun ginagawa ko. masakit kasi sa batok pag mabigat na poundage mo sa squat.

    Roger! gagawin ko na talaga, tamang tama legs routine ko bukas. Pinanuod ko nalang sa youtube yung proper form. Any tips mga sir? Thanks!

    Yung kay rippetoe is as basic as it gets for conventional stance. You can also check yung kay Andy Bolton, Louie Simmons and Dave Tate.

    Watch Rippetoe or Dave Tate's "So you think you can squat?" instructional vids on youtube.

    Sir mighty nakapag squat nako kanina. Bumigat legs ko. Pakiramdam ko hindi ako makakapaglakad neto bukas,hehe. Sinimulan ko muna sa magaan para maayos ko form.

    Yes sir, hip drive.. Parallel naman sir. Try ko sa mabigat kung ma-maintain ko form.

    Mahirap matutunan yang hip drive na yan so if you already got it good job!

    Make sure na tight yung upper back mo as in tight bago mo unrack yung bar. Your set up is the most important part of the lift.

    Nagyari sakin to dati minadali ko buhatin di ko pa nase-set maigi ung bar sakin ayun pagbaba ko injured ung fibers sa ribs ko hehehehehe.

    Focus lang sir na HIP yung i-lift instead of chest. Yun kasi napanuod sa video ni sir rippetoe.

    Ok sir next time i’ll make sure na tight sya. Nakalimutan ko saka pala yung elbow dapat nakataas.

    Ok lang ba medyo naka lean forward yung upper body ko para hindi malaglag yung bar?
