My take on this and from what I've learned with experienced and "educated" people in this field is that it's not necessary as long as you keep your core and posterior chain strong to handle heavy weights. Although it could be handy towards the latter part when you start to lift really heavy weight or if you decide to compete in a PL meet.
What a belt actually does is to promote intra abdominal pressure so that the tension or the load is evenly distributed and not just on your lower back. So even if you're using a belt but you don't practice IAP and you don't strengthen it then it's useless. IAP- just fill your belly with air before each rep. Inhale deeply but don't let it go to your chest. Mahirap sa umpisa pero makakasanayan din.
I know people who dealift and squat 2.5x -3x their BW but are still not using any belt. If ever you decide to buy one, get those that have almost the same width in front where you strap the belt to compress your core. The tighter your core is and the more you keep it strong along with your PC, the more weight you'd be able to lift and less prone to injuries.

Yung belt ba ok lang gamitin sa Military press or Barbell push press kasi bigat nasa taas,gs2 ko nun kasi lagi ako na military press or BB push press.

To gain weight you need to exceed your daily caloric req. let say you workout 3 times a week and you stand 5'7 and weigh 113Lbs your daily req. would be 1789 Calories/day so to gain weight you need to consume more than that. 2.3-2.5K
Also cat IMHO it's pointless to take whey w.o stimulating your muscles to grow. If you're not hitting the gym yet, better start now you'll look better if you'll gain muscle mass.

Any suggestions on good supplement for maintaining your vision? kase i will be screening this monday for LASIK surgery at Larrazabal Eye.. plan ko kase mag supplement ng beta carotene o anumang maintenance supplement for eye sight.. its my 2nd life na eh to be on a clear vision again. im stucked with glasses and contact lenses since 1st year college (2002) when i found out na may astigmatism pala ako. any suggestions? salamat

feedback sa mga nagpa lasik is naging very sensitive daw to light ung mata kasi kakaskasin pala nun ung retina
