    taena pre, sa flavor na binili ko kung pwede ko lang ubusin sa isang upuan inubos ko na tong hayop na to hahaha. Pero seriously, magkaiba naman tayo ng approach eh. Leangains ka na may mga meal timing etc ako more on the "feel" and flexible dieting approach. There are times na di ako nag w-whey brah lalo na pag cheat day.

    I feel you brah, seller ako ng whey pero ako mismo di ko pa magawa lumagpas sa 2 scoops ulit, medjo tight budget kasi ako ngayon hahaha

    ako ngaun 4scoops a day. post wo and before sleep. un post pm7 bago sleep, titipid nalang ako sa ibang bagay, all out ako ngaun sa nutrition ko, really need to see those gainzZzzzZ.

    may take lang ako sa cutting mo, instead kaunti lang carbs mo,baket hindi mo nalang kunin sa gulay carbs mo? ok lang ung mga starchy mo sa umaga.kanin,oats,tinapay. pero the rest of the day gulay.

    Weak lang me brah. Sa shoulders lang ako malakas favorite ko kasi hehehe. Dami mas malakas dito sa site kesa sakin.
