    Thanks brah. I just revised my first page last weekend kasi very outdated na ung nakalagay before. Very summarized version pa lang yun pero i'm planning to add details if di nako busy.


    Hindi pa din makabuhat super loaded sa work yesterday and today. OK lang dahil ginawa ko na lahat para bukas makabuhat. Good news din dahil if ever umabot mga documents ko papalayasin ako ng company ko to Dubai for a week starting on Oct 28-Nov3.

    Grabe tong 2 days of mental and physical stress, i'll sleep early tonight.

    Gonna hit Back tomorrow!

    Yeah lol. Hirap kaya maski nga squats at lunges awkward positioning din. Though di naman grabe ung pagka pike ko slight lang.

    Slept for 11 hours. Kulang pa din pero it at least removed the redness from my one eye. Feeling energetic na din kahit papano sana wala nang sumulpot na malaking problema sa mga projects ng makauwi ng maaga bumuhat at tumakbo! Pero bubuhat nako mamaya kahit anong mangyari sa araw na to hahah

    LOL, taenang trangkaso to. instant cut hahaha. laki ng nabawas sa tiyan ko pero for sure kasama din muscle mass hahha.

    Makakabuhat na later yehey! pero saktong weights lang to get me back into the groove

    same tayo, nde ako naka pag legs kahapon, pero mamayang hapon mag legs ako walang pipigil. medyo puyat lately dahil 2 kiddos nag kasakit wtf.

    Did chest today, dahil talagang OFF pa pakiramdam ko di ko sinagad kaya ang program ko ngayon is

    pangpa CUTS/TONING program, ung magaan tas madaming reps at sets :)

    Will run and do legs later. As usual "pampa tone and cuts, ayaw ko kasing maging bouncer gusto ko ung sakto lang parang derek ramsey lang" program ang gagamitin ko since im still recovering from my sickness.

    Trained Back/Abs today. Took extra joss and had eminem playing in the background had me worke up. Didnt notice I trained for 2 hours lol.

    Was in the zone tonight dahil sa eminem playing in the background at sa pakikipag kwentuhan saken nung bantay na nagbabalak sumali sa compy next march.

    I don't do 1rm's pero I was surprised I was able to lift 300 out of trip lang hehehe.

    Konting progress, almost 4 weeks. Not that big of a progress but I know I'm getting there.

    Took the first photo on oct 2 and the one on the right kanina lang. Chest ung program ko sa unang photo kaya namamaga hehehe.

    Also, eto ung bagong bantay sa gym na naka kwentuhan ko about roids. Now that he's open sakin nagsabi siya nag na mag solicit daw siya saken sali daw siya ng compy on March. Tas onting picturan lang sa gym.

    Just got back from the gym hit delts, traps and tris. Took me awhile to warm up to the weights then the weights warmed up to me lol.

    Solb ako sa buhat ko today, tinry ko mag abs pero masakit pa din ang doms from the weighted ab workouts yesterday kaya sundot sundot lang.

    I dont know din kung sira ba talaga tong weighing scale ko or talagang 160lbs pa din ako haha.
