Di na sayang lang effort baka mag skandalo pa ung mga ganun. Usually di ko pinpansin kaso nakakainis kasi inunahan ako sa pila tas lingon ng lingon saken pahinto hinto pa gusto ata mabunggo ng etits ung wetpaks nya amf.

Saka magkaiba tayo ng starting point (physically), training (STR oriented and PL based templates saka matindihang cardio ka) and nutrition (leangains protocol ka, akin frank yang heheh) . Sa 10weeks yun lang progress ko. From 35%BF as per yates to ??BF.
Sa pics mo naman bakat na abs mo, di ko lang alam kung ano ba ung expected/goal mong look, (sino nga ba)
akin kasi basta bumakat kahit 2 levels of abs lang pwede na hehehe.

malapit na pumatak ng 6mos cut hehe. Hindi ko naman wina-100% right on spot nutrition basta ma hit ko lang yung protina ko okay na tapos jambol na yung carbs and fats.. minsan mataaas sa rest day ang carbs minsan naman mababa ang carbs sa workout haha abno.
Plano ko talaga burahin yung stubborn belly fat ko hanggang matapos ang taon. hehe
Hindi sya actually contradicting, yep, slow lang talaga ang ginagawa ko. Mabagal yet effective naman sakin through mirror. Minsan hindi maiwasan yung pagkainis yung pagkaslow progress pero okay lang.

Kung ano man yung magiging result, it's okay lang as long as contented naman ako sa expected results ko.. bawi na lang ako sa muscle building next year hehe
nakakasira ng goal IF your goal is not clear. pero kung clear naman ang goal mo, hindi sya nakakasira... magulo lang talaga kasi unlike bulking na madami ka basis like mass everywhere, strength on most lifts, weight gain etc. sa cut all you know is you're losing, pagkatagal tagal hindi ka pa din sure kung muscle of fat ba nawawala lalo na sa stubborn areas. sasaya ka lang pag lean ka na kahit ang dami nawala. masaya ka nga pero grabe naman ang trauma sayo lalo sa pagkain...
Ayt thanks brah! props to yah! Since monch on a same boat on a cut, I have to do some little break downs on some of your points if I'm still on track with my current goal.

• Always checking my measurements on a weekly basis arms, chest , etc. All good, some areas lost some inches ( gunz, calfs, waist ) but some ironically gained measurements ( chest , shoulders and thighs ) despite of being on a cut. So my current starting mass we're still there, hopefully.
• Weightloss we're still good and I guess right on *80%* based on personal assumption steady at .5 - .7 lb per week mostly wala due to not hitting macros well. As long as I ain't getting additional weights I'm okay on a weekly basis..
• Strength is always improving as usual , some we're lagging but I ain't doing a hard deload because I'm a believer of when strength shoots up, muscle mass still holds or preserve on a cut.. as per the newbie gainzz.
• Sometimes, hindi maiwasan magmadali at maumay sa routines, that's why I am introducing a strategical cardio bunny day on my routine and minsan pag laging nagwoworkout magisa eh nakaka longkot, highly interactive person so minsan sumasama talaga ako sa mga aktibidades muna para hindi mabaliw.
• Look on the mirror, well obviously, lintek ang selfie ko sa fb at journal so, kinda happy at most with the results.. so far. Besides, never ko nakita sarili ko na ganito vs past years of my life, kinda naaliw lang talaga

•I don't know at my current state how I am lean enough vs the true lean state on a bodybuilding world, as again I am currently satisfied with my work ( syempre I am hoping to get improve and get better on a latter years to come )
•Trauma on food, I guess not. I can eat big, join and break some personal eating record but still on track thus basically I am reaping the benefits of being lean ( para sa imahinasyon ko ) na where as need to feed some muscles if leaner pero bumibilis yung metabolism which it's advantage na we can at most get away with the carbs vs the fat version of myself which practically based on my experience.
Even on Intermittent fasting, I rarely have an hunger issues, honestly wala na talaga, kahit mag 24hrs pa ko, I even run, lift on a fasted state talaga.
