A bit of an update after 3 weeks since being in a hiatus for 3 months.

Still fat but conditioning is vastly improving. I am able too finish my training in 45mins or less. 5 exercises, 4-5 sets/exercise at least 10 reps each set except for the last set on compound exercises where I always go for broke to improve my strength
