    I was FINALLY able to train again after more than a month. Hit chest and arms and I guess it was all good considering my absence in the iron game.

    I was expecting the scale to be at least 210lbs (yes I'm a fat fuck right now) but lo and behold it was 196lbs!

    So I guess i'm just holding a lot of water right now.

    Epic DOMS in a few hours.

    Anyway here's what I did the other other day first time to do DL's again after what seemed to be an eternity (at least for me)

    Conventional DL's

    100x10, 200x8, 250x5, 290x5, 330x5, 370x3, 400x1 (still have 2 reps left in the tank but that's good enough for now)

    BUT I was almost drained afterwards, obviously lack of conditioning so I worked on it instead. Minimal rest on each set.

    DB Kroc Rows
    80x15, 90x3x10

    Lat Pulldowns (plate load)
    130x4x10

    DB swings
    40x4x10

    Nothing to brag about but at least I'm back...

    Calf Raise (leg Press)

    Superset with standing calf raise x 50reps

    Wala pa di ko pa kinukuha si Susy at Geno natakot kasi ako sa nangyari sayo Dalts eh! Lonely planet pa naman ako parati walang "Monster Milk" na sasalo sakin pag nagkataon! Bukels ako nito! hahaha

    @Allen- nako kung alam mo lang gaano ako ka excited magbuhat kahapon sabi ko sa sarili ko patay kung patay na to! haha

    -Felt good on the last set. Been itching to add more weight by don't want to re-injure myself. Slow and steady gets the honey.

    -One of those days when I just feel tired and been thinking twice to go to the gym. But then my motivating questions kicked in.

    Is this something that you wanna do? YES.

    How bad do you want to succeed? As bad as I wanna breathe.

    Do think you're still alive in the coming days for you to be able to do this sh!t? Not sure.- Off to the gym.

    Did DL's today and felt strong since I didn't bring my chalk with me. The power of carbs lolz

    Weight now up to 204lbs. Sa wakas gumalaw din yung scale after being stuck at 200lbs.
