    @Yatez sana complete gym kahit na I'm more into strength trining eh maayos din for BB. Thanks for the lead check ko yung sa E-Rod.

    Sir mighty, closed na ba ang OG? or under new management lang? lumipat ba sila? Parang kapitbahay ko kasi si Alex sa cityland, same floor pa kami. kaso hindi ko sa matyempohan para matanong ko. twice ko pa lang sya nakikita at lagi pa may kasama. Wala na kasi yung OG sa Don Tim Bldg. thanks :)

    Vinch- yeah I think they're closed and yung mga equipments dun sa OG ang bibilhin ko to open my own gym. Kaso Alex is having second thoughts on selling the plates pasadya kasi yun. That gym has a sentimental value to me and the guys there especially my former teammates and Alex of course are like my brothers. That's why gusto ko isalba yung OG.

    Just approach Alex he's a good guy my saltik lang haha
