    naka low carb lang kasi ako Jan paps kaya nagka abs. prob ko pag NASA beach na at masarap ang pagkain,for sure butete mode imbes na shark mode hahaha

    busy ako,di ako basta maka log,wala pa ako smart phone,2 months na hahah badtrip.. pero lagi pa ako na buhat,wala lang talaga update like selfie.. baka next month..

    LEGS mamaya,at baka bukas back hindi na deltoids...halos twice a week sa chest,legs at lalo na sa back. lol ayoko muna dun sa gym na pinag bubuhatan ko,taena masama na ihip ng hangin dun simula ng mag benta ako ng supplement sa mga members.. lol

    dati kasi nag bebenta yung may ari,eh wala silang supps kaya nag benta ako,tapos obvious masyado kasi after one week nagpa order sa mga members at ako lang yung hindi inalok kung bibili or mag oorder lol

    update uli ng 1 week training dito sa bahay gamit yung twice a week na training kada bodypart..napansin ko di naman ako ng hihina sa kada exercise kahit twice a week ko ginagawa tulad ng bench at squat..
