  • bakit kaya ganun? kapag may nag squat na Mali yung form tapos itinama or tinuturuan, ang kadalasan sagot "bodybuilding trip ko at Hindi powerlifting kaya ganito form ng squat ko " lol eh kahit bodybuilding dapat proper form at technique rin kailangan sA squats

    bawibawi sa chest kaya twice a week pati arms,sa deltoids wala muna side at military presses, Arnold Press lang ginagawa ko..

    bro, pahinge ng advice sa pendlay row. Sumasakit lower back ko kapag ineexucute ko siya after. Walang pain during the workout but once tapos na set ko dun sumasakit.

    sakit or pain ba talaga bro? hindi soreness? hindi ako pro,pero ginagawa ko pang deadlift form and position, para mas ma gets mo search mo sa youtube ALAN THRALL how to do row

  • Parang shooting pain, that's how I would describe it.

    Nalilito ako sa mga advice from internet. May iba nagsasabi sa lower ab daw dapat ang row instead of lower chest. That way, hindi daw stressful sa lower back. Sinubukan ko ang both kagabi. Kapag lower ab, hindi ko masyado ma execute ng tama yung rows (yung movement ng arms ko is hindi vertical, parang nag swiswing pa atras). Kapag lower chest naman, sakto lang (parallel body ko sa floor and vertical ang pull ko).

    @Agent_stiff kung saan mo gamay at feeling mo komportable ka at Di naman apektado form dun ka, ako kasi sa may lower ab yung bar, kahit sa bent row dun ko tinatama yung bar.
