  • question yung pagiging endomorph po ba eh simula bata ka? kasi nung bata ako very skinny po ako and ang laki ng ulo ko hindi proportion sa katawan ko then nung nag HS ako dun ako nagsimula tumaba hindi naman sobrang taba lumapad ako then nag gym ako medyo umayos naman build ko kaso nung hindi nako active sa sports tumaba na ko malaki tiyan medyo may man boobs at double chin na din ako.. 5'5" height ko last na timbang ko eh almost 200lbs nako 36 waistline :( any tips po?

    thanks! nag start ako sa 200lbs na puro fat talaga hehehe! nag diet ako bumaba ako sa 170 lbs. mag 1 year din ako nag gym pero hindi ko talaga matanggal yung tyan ko medyo lumiit naman ng konti. nag ttry ako ngayon mag bulk kasi ang nipis talaga ng braso ko. ok lang ba mga sir mag bulk muna ko then cut? hindi ko muna iisipin yung tyan ko. Nag tatake pala ko ng serious mass try ko lang. ok lang kaya un mga sir? 176lbs ako ngayon.

    medyo weird kasi for endo like us to take that pero naisip ko na mag try niyan since i want to bulk.
    ok lang ba mga sir mag bulk muna ko then cut? hindi ko muna iisipin yung tyan ko.

    okay na okay yan. eat healthy lang brader kumbaga clean bulk.

    tungkol sa weight gainers, they are made for hard gainers you might want to re think about using them if youre already with a high % of body fat. just stick to your good ole whey protein and get your calories from whole food. mas mahal ang weight gainer kesa sa ordinaryong whey protein sup kaya mas makaka tipid ka pa.

    Di muna ko bili ng Ipod Touch..ipang da Diet ko nalang at pang bili ng mga misc hehe

    sir, you only get that 50g of protein from weight gainers if you follow their direction which is you must take 4 scoops of the thing if im not mistaken. 4 boatlike scoops of it, good luck chugging it in one sitting. but ofcourse the effect will be ok no doubt cause its supposed to build mass for those hard gainers.

    4 scoops? hindi ko kaya yun. parang plantsa kasi yung scoop nito e. hehehe! 1 scoop lang ko before and after workout. pag naubos to balik nako sa whey ulit.

    any tips on losing weight? endo kasi ako 260lbs 5'5 ang height. napabayaan ko sarili ko nung bata kasi ako nagbubuhat ako tapos nung natigil ako di nawala ang pagkatakam ko sa pagkain.

    healthy lifestyle tapos cardio. yung lifestyle talaga papalitan dapat

    halos same pala tayo dati sir 5'6'' 260lbs ako

    4 set of 10-12 reps - skull crusher (1st set warm up 12-failure, light)
    4 sets of 10-12 reps - 1arm db extension (seated)
    4 sets of 10-12 reps - machine pushdown (heavy)
    4 sets of 12-15 reps - reverse pushdown (moderate) or do FST7

    pwede mo naman palitan yung reps and set depends on what you want.

    take note, i only train my arms once a week mag experiment ka kung anong mas ok sa katawan mo. some program might work for others and some might not.

    eepal lang ako. ginagawa ko dati, panay basketball talaga. tapos bawas din sa kain talaga. ganito nangyari sakin, naging active lang ako physically. buong summer ko (since walang pasok nun) puro sports lang. tapos monitor din ang pagkain lalo na kapag wala akong gagawin. one rice lang kapag hindi maglalaro, madami kapag maglalaro.

    sa una dahan dahan muna kumbaga kain pa din ng kain pero habang tumatagal nag lelevel up disiplina ko sa pag diet...

    ako 1 year na atang hindi nakakapagbuhat eh. puro takbo lang. :D
