Ako nagcycycle ako ng creatine PERSONALLY kasi mas gusto ko ulit yung "kick" niya kapag bumalik ako after 4 weeks na walang creatine.
Pero wala akong sinusunod na panahon kung kelan ako titigil, basta pag ayaw ko na or parang hindi ko na masiyadong maramdaman yung effect tigil ko for at least 3-4 weeks.

mga sir what are the benefits of creatine ba?pampalakas lang ba mag buhat or pampalaki din ng muscle?salamat mga sir whey protein and amino 2222 lang iniinom ko . so far lumaki naman yung katawan ko con fair sa dati na skinny ako .newbie lang sa bodybuiding.
