    Normal bang maging bloated pag gumamit ng creatine? Sobrang bilis lumaki tiyan ko at balakang e. Di ko alam kung matutuwa ako bilang galing sa pagiging mataba.

    May nabasa din ako na pwedeng effect din to ng carb load. Tama ba?

    wala naman nag bago sa kain ko before ako mag take ng creatine. medyo di ko gusto yun effect kung yun nga talaga effect nya sa katawan ko.

    biglang lobo talaga tyan ko saka tagiliran. :(

    bigla din tumaas timbang ko mga 2-3 lbs.

    sana nag research ka po about creatine. kaya po tayo nag cecreatine to retain water in to muscles, kaya nga pag naka creatine tayo inom tayo dapat maraming tubig, yang 3lbs gain nyo po eh water yan, water weight hindi po tayo pwede tumaba sa creatine,

    pero yun pag laki ng tiyan di ba sya effect nun? dami ko nababasa na yun madalas effect nya e.
    sana nag research ka po about creatine

    matagal ko tong ginawa sir bago ako bumili. bloated lang talaga ako. medyo na feel ko na yun tiyan ko at tagiliran ko after 1-2 weeks of taking it.

    tiis ganda lang ba muna ako o tigil ko?

    yang side belly fats genetics yan, wala ka maggawa, meron mga tao sobra lake ng tiyan pero sa harap lang lumalake wala sa tagiliran, its either feeling bloated ka lang kaya kala mo malake tiyan mo, ano ba ang reason mo baket ka nag creatine? bulking? cutting?

    Bulking sir. Di ko lang ineexpect na ganun kalaki agad tiyan ko. Kung yun tlaga epekto nya e kelangan muna mag tiis.

    good morning! ano po ba brand ng creatine mo sir? nung nag creatine ako oct.-dec. MP creatine ko wala naman ako na feel na ganyan, tapos off ako ng 1 month. ngayon naman dymatize nabili ko 500g 1st take ko mamaya after mag gym. tinanong ko kung ano brand kasi baka dymatize din, ma experience ko yung na eexperience mo... hehehe, thanks

    Wala naman. Was thinking na hindi naman kaya loaded ka lately with solids and liquids tapos nagte-take ka ng creatine at co-incidental lang ang bloating?

    Di sa creatine yang paglaki ng tiyan mo.
    Kung mag retain ka ng tubig ng dahil sa creatine, buong katawan mo yun hindi sa tiyan lang.

    Lumaki tiyan mo dahil sa pagkain mo.

    The new study has been making the rounds in online forums and gym-chatter, and I've already seen far too many people stating conclusively that taking creatine post-workout is far superior to taking it pre-workout.

    When you hear them, you can have a laugh knowing that a) they didn't actually read the study in its entirety, b) they don't know what they're talking about, and c) you're way ahead of them on this one.

    My advice to you is to do what works best when it comes to supplementing with creatine: Take it both pre-workout and post-workout, in your pre- and post-workout shakes. Creatine is cheap and effective, and this is an easy way to get more out of your training.

    If you use creatine monohydrate or most other forms of creatine, then go with 5 grams both pre- and post-workout.

  • Facepalm.. Creatine intake timing is irrelevant. Nde nmn kung kailan ininum ang crea dun lng magtake effect un. Basta take 5g crea everyday. Working or non working days. It needs to get to your system. Makikita m ung bisa nya after taking it for a while. Creatine mostly found in red meats.
