    mga sir tanong lang mag start na sana ko mag creatine sa monday.kaso ayaw ko sundin yun direction yung 6 capsul a day ?kasi gusto ko lang sana itake sya pag workout days ko.ok lang ba yun? saka my second question is ok lang ba 4 to 5 caps lang muna?salamat mga sir!

    Kung hindi kapa nkkbili ng crea, ang bilhin mo na lang yung micronize powder wag na ung capsule.
    Less hasle ang pagtake.

    Pag matagal na ba akong tumigil sa pag take ng creatine bababa timbang ko dahil maalis yun water retention? Para kasing bumaba timbang ko bigla e kakatapos ko lang kumain.

  • by the way mga master ask ko lng kung okey pagsabayin ang amino, creatine and whey(PM7) balak ko kasi pre-workout take amino tabs then after WOrk out take again amino then creatine plus whey protein.

    plan ko kasi to buy dymatize super amino 6000 idagdag ko sana sa supplement ko together with dymatize creatine and PM7

    Ask lang po, ano ang average water weight ang nagagain ng taong nagtatake ng creatine? Gaano kabilis magagain ang water weight na yun at gaano din kabilis matatanggal pagkatapos itigil ang pagtake ng creatine?

    @misery strong analysis on creatine storing up water in the body! I personally can't answer the question but I'd like to point out it should be the least of your concern when you're building strength and muscle. I'd like to see a study though about this. Hehe

    I didn't have time to back read, but I'd like to say my take on creatine.
    - You can take it any time of the day.
    - 5g/day is optimal, hence getting more than that has no positive effect.
    - Get the cheapest ones in the market, creatine monohydrate.

    Thx sir, ayon sa mga nabasa ko sa bb.com depende daw ang water gain sa intake mo ng crea at sa water intake kaya siguro walang formula dito. Anyway kung meron may alam patulong sa aming mga naguguluhan at nacucurious.

    Kung 5 grams lang ng crea mono no need to worry about subcutaneous water retention or bloat. Kahit nga 10g daily minsan wala pa din water retention yan (sa mga mataas BF you can't tell the difference). Kung 20g for 2-3 weeks medyo mafifeel mo na yung water both subcutaneous and intramuscular.

    Tsaka magkaiba ang water weight sa water retention :)

    I've noticed lumapad "love handles" ko,lalo na sa likod, pero it doesn't bother me much naman, ( since nasa 20+ din bf ko,) since iniisip ko na lang, bulking naman ako, so normal lang mag ka taba, :)

    @dskinnydude yes sir dahil cutting po ako ngayon, my weight lsst month was already 151lbs tapos nagulat ako dahil naging 158lbs ako kaya naisip ko baka water retention. Haha pero tingin dahil sa almusal ko kaya medyo bumigat ako.

    Losing weight(fat) bro, 25% bf pa kasi ako kaya ang goal ko is to have 12-15% bf which is ideal bf daw in bulking.

    Ahhh. If I were you, ditch the scale. If that's really your goal, incorporate some cardio, worry less about adverse effects of supplements if any, and focus on lifting. Create or look for a training program that suits your schedule.

    meron na po sa inyo nakapagtry ng Nutrex Creatine Drive Black? is it better than Dymatized Micronized Creatine?
