@misery strong analysis on creatine storing up water in the body! I personally can't answer the question but I'd like to point out it should be the least of your concern when you're building strength and muscle. I'd like to see a study though about this. Hehe

- 5g/day is optimal, hence getting more than that has no positive effect.
- Get the cheapest ones in the market, creatine monohydrate.
Thx sir, ayon sa mga nabasa ko sa bb.com depende daw ang water gain sa intake mo ng crea at sa water intake kaya siguro walang formula dito. Anyway kung meron may alam patulong sa aming mga naguguluhan at nacucurious.
Kung 5 grams lang ng crea mono no need to worry about subcutaneous water retention or bloat. Kahit nga 10g daily minsan wala pa din water retention yan (sa mga mataas BF you can't tell the difference). Kung 20g for 2-3 weeks medyo mafifeel mo na yung water both subcutaneous and intramuscular.

Ahhh. If I were you, ditch the scale. If that's really your goal, incorporate some cardio, worry less about adverse effects of supplements if any, and focus on lifting. Create or look for a training program that suits your schedule.
