Try mo yung Cube training method ni Brandon Lillly mas feasible sya kesa sa Conjugate method since ang daming equipment na kailangan sa conjugate method na wala sa mga gyms dito.

^Not really if you don't bust your ass in the gym and if your nutrition is not on target. Besides I'm not that familiar with those yet since I haven't tried it yet. You're relying too much on those substances that's why it's becoming complicated.
