But on a serious note, looks like many of those sets are easy based on the number of reps/weight being the same for 1st set and 4th set. Wazup with dat?
^many of those sets wasnt easy for me trust me i was shitting my pants in agony in repping out the last 4-5 reps on some of those sets already i was using rest pause on the last 2 sets, i just found that i respond better with a higher volume/rep of training and if i increase the poundages on some of those exercise my form will breakdown and will not hit the intended muscle group and will be more counter productive hehe.
