    sige sir allen, i consider ko yang dymatize isolate sa pag kakaalala ko. nag google po ako about sa review(s) ng dymatize whey powder and yung sa bb.com ang lumabas. 8 out of 10 ang pinaka rate. salamat sa rekomendasyon

    sir sorry, newbie ako at salat sa kaalaman. pero 2 and a half months na ako into lifting. gusto ko sana magsimula ng maayos so currently into Promatrix 7 ako, ilang kutsara kaya need to compensate my lack in protein from whole foods kung:

    1. twice a day lang ako kumakaen (1cup rice & one serving ulam)
    2. 5"7 and 168lbs (mataba pa ako eh hahaha)
    3. gusto ko muna magbulk bago magtrim ng fats.

    Optional lang yung pag intake ng protein powder if you are just starting, you should know ilang grams per protein ang need mo, pero since studyante ka, kalma lang.. Isipin mo na lang ang isang scoop ng protein powder = kalahating breast part ng lean chicken breast :)
    So daanin mo na lang muna sa dami ng pagkain :)

    1. 4 - 5 rice, 2-3 ulam or more sa lunch at same sa dinner. Siksik ka ng meryenda ng isang kanin at isang ulam kung ano meron sa bahay nyo.

    2. May newbie gainz po tayong tinatawag, to simplify, magbuhat ka lang at maging consistent.. matik na yang matatagal ang taba at the same time may maskels na mabubuo.

    Take note, hindi isang bwan, isang linggo , it will take some time to see the difference.

    3. Hindi po mangyayari yan kapag hindi po tayo siryoso sa gym.

    4. Inom ka ng vegetable oil para sa gainz ( not srs )

    Share lang po mga masters.

    Pinakauna kong whey protein na nabili, twinlab na vanilla, mga 2006 yun. Grabe lumobo talaga ako nun. Mga 2011 triny ko yung ON na Vanilla, hindi ko masyado napansin kasi puro mountain biking ako nun. Last year, triny ko yung Promatrix 7, naka 4 na 5 lbs na ako doon. Ngayon bumili ako ng ON na chocolate. Napansin ko lang, may distinct na lasa yung twinlab at ON na wala sa promatrix. Sigurado akong hindi lang ito sa flavor kasi na try ko na yung vanilla, at ngayon chocolate.

    Sino pa kaya nakapansin ng ganito?

    @Rockcena, ser working na po ako. pero newly grad ser. currently nasa call center ako kaya pang gabi ako tapos straight sa gym ako after work.
    -one hour atleast.
    -tinatry ko yung MAX-OT. pero mukang fail kasi pussy parin ang bigat na binubuhat ko. hahaha!
    - 4-5x ako naggygym sa isang linggo (nagiging 4 pag maulan sa umaga.. lam nyo naman pag puyat hehehe)
    -hindi ako nakakapagbench press kasi hindi pantay shoulder joint ko kaya dumbbells po aking ginagamit.
    -wala rin akong deadlift at squats kasi nung first month ko, nainjury lower back ko sa T-Bar. sciatic nerve injury daw. nirest ko for 3 weeks, masakit parin kaya tuloy nalang buhat! hahaha! salamat sa suggestion about journal. siguro pag nagkatime ser.

    Mr. Jettie, hind ako ganong makakaen kasi tabain ako. genetics talaga sya. kaya binabawi ko nalang sa supplements. mas mura ang supplements kesa lean meat eh. mas madali iprepare tsaka sa lifestyle ko, parang dun ako pumopondo ngayon ng protein. pero totoo naman sabe nyo na pag ganyan ang kaen ko, ang ganda ng buhat ko.
    Sa tingin ko ser kaya kong magdedicate dito. gusto ko syang gawin lifestyle kesa spurt of moment lang.
    salamat sa payo ser, naappreciate ko yung values na binahagi nyo, lalo na yung vegetable oil. jk.

    sir, no disrespect, pero madaling sabihin na "Baguhin mo yan lahat" kung observer ka at hindi ikaw yung nasa situation lalo na't incomplete nakabase lang ang assessment sa vague data, pero siguro mali ko rin yun kasi kulang sinabe ko. everyone's a critic, pero there's going to be negative and constructive criticism.

    nevertheless, salamat parin sa feedback sir. ittry kong mas magdedicate pa sa craft ko.

    my point is just stop making excuses if you are really dedicated kaya sabi ko "lahat" sa pag kain palang sabi ko supplements ang priority mo, kaya nga supplement, to supplement your diet :)

    ^bro , cc rin ako. Ang nakakataba lang talaga yung excess eating without any caloric burning..

    So sa pinili mong pag gym, how long you have been doing it? If it's just a few months, don't expect mag boom agad.. lahat tayo ser bago pa lang so pag so-so lang ang diet mo, so-so lang din ang gainz.

    Yes, dati ganyna din ako na inaasa sa protein powders ang protein, but bro it's a great boost but don't you forget na sa food din nanggaling yan and to be exact eh sa dairy pa yang whey?

    Anyways, try it out, eat more, lift big. See the difference between your previous lifestyle that it is, eat more, drink more, gimik more, get big more without doing anything.

    It's not about genetic limit, it's about getting phobia of being back to fat.

    Lahat tayo dinaan yan, and believe me, kala ko ganyan din ako noon. hehe ngayon quadruple na ko kumain vs the fat version of myself.

    Imagine I can eat extra rice sa mang inasal 12 extra ( which is malabo na ngayon dahil sa liit ng manok na damn!)

    kaen lang at bomba.
    okay lang naman at di ako nagmamadali sa results, muli, gusto ko nga sya maging lifestyle.
    pero it doesn't mean naman na magsslack off ako porke long term goal sya. salamat ser, boost of motivation mga words nyo!

    ^ good point made sir oak, no one can modify genetics, hence stated "limits."
    performance enhancers, which im certain you are more than familiar with, expands (if not breaks) the genetic limitations/barriers.

    ^Not really if you don't bust your ass in the gym and if your nutrition is not on target. Besides I'm not that familiar with those yet since I haven't tried it yet.

    You're relying too much on those substances that's why it's becoming complicated.

    ^that's given sir oak, one shouldn't expect to grow without doing anything, i think we have to both agree here.
    again, i am chewing my face off lifting. i am doing my part.

    relying is strong word, substance"s" even more. i think it's not luxury or big of a deal if i consider chugging a protein shake, which by context you are referring to as "substance."

    Not here to argue with semantics and and ideology.
    Was seeking motivation and newbie help. Thanks for your two cents sir Oak, again, much appreciated.

    Lumalamang lang naman mga genetically gifted pag may plano ka sumali ng IFBB o BB competitions, or do you?

    Ditched that genes stuff, try doing some good load of workouts and eat big whole foods instead then see the difference.

    Besides, Rome wasn't built overnight.

    pero limits sabe ko eh diba may mga supplement like, creatine, fat burners na synthetic ang action sa natural production hormones ng katawan. eh may break lang ata sa communication kaya nasabe ni boss oak na "You're relying too much on those substances that's why it's becoming complicated."
    eh to begin with, tinanong ko lang serving ng promatrix 7. di naman po ako nagbabalak in the near future mag creatine, fat burners and others.

    hindi po substance ang protein shake boss ipis, everyone knows that. palabiro ka talaga.
