monitoring my flat bb bench press strength improvement and it was okay earlier as i had lifted 290lbs for 2 reps. i wasnt expecting that i can lift that number again like my first try but i think it got better than my first one. next week ill try hit that number again till i can do 1 more rep and have the feel that its getting lighter for me.

had an okay chest wo earlier after not lifting for 5 days. power was not as usual as expected but i dont feel down at all. hope to get more definition this time around na may chance na to run a longer cut.
hit back earlier and it was an okay wo. chug 2 bottles of 350ml cobra for pwo and i think it kicked really well since my stomach is 3 hours empty. nothing fancy and just run with my usual back routine using machines. i really enjoyed using those hammer machines for rows and pulls on my new gym. i can feel every movement as i do them rep by rep.
body weight seems to lighten a bit at 190lbs. feels like im a normal ordinary being again with this status and my lifts. looking forward to train again with PBB members for motivation.
