2nd day of using jack3d micro. used 3 scoops again. i think the original formula gives more bang lol. i dont know maybe my tolerance with stims is really high. i might try using 5 scoops of this new formula maybe ill feel something special. the original formula is 1.4k php and the new one is 1.5k.
arm workout went fine. i was doing the usual 100lbs bb curl and 250lbs tricep press downs.

hahahah.. nahihiya nga ako nung nag dedeadlifts ako eh.. daming nakatingin..hindi ko alam gagawin ko pwera na lang yung time na hinawakan ko na yung bar, wala na ko pakelam sa paligid hehe
Hahaha paanong di sila magtitinginan hindi lang pala "grunt" gagawin mo, sigaw pala talaga na literal at binabagsak mo daw ng malakas yung "precious" plates nila.
Sama kaya ng tingin ng mga PT lalo na yung isang babae dun kala ko nga sisitahin tayo e, kaya panay din punas ko sa plates at paligid ng mga bakas ng chalk baka pati yun mapuna.
oo punas din ako ng punas, pero kinontrol ko naman yung pag bagsak dahil yun nga iniisip ko hehe... nagiging positive thinker na lang ako na "kaya sila tumitingin kasi sa kaha ko na maliit eto binubuhat ko" ( buhat bangko na lang para focus )
About sa grunt, hindi ko maiwasan talaga ilabas o sumigaw. Parang automatic kahit ayaw ko gawin kaso baka himatayin ako eh.. Pag tapos nga ng lift parang kulang na kulang ako sa hangin.
was quite happy with my chest workout earlier. i can still rep out 250-280lbs on flat BB press and i will strive until im hitting 300 again!

will train back later with some of our top dog buddies at mascu. we'll have a DL's session and i hope tomorrow i can still stand straight as i have not been DLing for months now lol!
i tried to train 5,3,1 style with flat bb bench earlier and see if i can add more weights to my max last week. i sort of customized the warm up and added few reps with it then continue to do the 5,3,1 with the work set. i was able to rep out the first 2 sets but the with the last one i feel like i failed because i kinda paused in the middle of the positive and lacked explosion. over all i had an okay chest workout and will try to get stronger next time.

Man I miss some of the hammer strength equipment at the gym I worked out at in USA. I loved the lat pulldown and seated row. Also the decline press - they designed all those machines to really epitomize the contraction which is great.
