    Parang ganito din ung nabasa ko dati sir @Ghee nong nagpplan pa lang ako magcrea. Hindi nako nagloading phase, mga pang 10th day ko pa naramdaman effect ng creatine. Bale 5grams per day lang ako. During my first week, nka experience ako ng pagtatae, haha.

    feel ko pag nag crea ka ulit ngayon mas kakapal ka paps! bakit di mobigyan ng second chance? mas well informed ka na ngayon sa tingin ko. :)

Iba iba ang methods , pero what I did worked out fine naman.

    Based on my experience and logically speaking...need ang loading phase especially that the said phase is making your muscles accustomed to the foreign creatine (not made by your own body)...kumbaga sa auto binibreak-inn mo. When loaded (saturated) @earl1423 ... Ako I chose to load 5 grams a day in 1 month straight then after that every training na lang. I do not cycle din. Iba iba ang methods , pero what I did worked out fine naman.

    Kahit off paps. 5g/ a day pa rin?

    tuloy tuloy lang sir @Ghee crea ko. Start nong gumamit ako nyan napansin ko na nadagdagan ung mass saka hindi ako ganon kabilis tumaba kahit sira diet ko. sabog sabog lang talaga diet ko for 1 month na kya lintik laki ng tyan ko, hehe. Hindi nako makapagcount ng macro sa dami ng event sa family at company, puro lamon at alak, haha. Pero starting June back to strict diet na ulit ako.

    Tama sir @Ghee, ayusin na ulit natin this June ung diet natin. Saka nong last month, dumating sa point na nagsasawa nako sa mga kinakaen ko kasi paulit ulit lang, haha.

    Bago ang supplements, unahin mo muna ang diet at sleep mo.

    Madali lang ang training program. Nagkalat sa internet ang maraming training programs (Wendler 531, DC Training, Max OT, etc)

    ang creatine ba pwedeng pang bulk at cut ? maganda response ng creatine sa akin , malakas ako magbuhat , kulang lang talaga sa kain :-) pero now i'm taking it seriously.

    sir ako magkakape muna ako bago mag workout...pampagising effect lang kase madalas ako inaantok sa gym hehe. dati after gym ako mag take ng creatine.pero ngayon take ako before workout. so coffee + creatine = pre workout ko po.

    Mga master tanong lang po, hindi ako nagloading phase bale 5grams per day lang ako, halos paubos ko na ung creatine ko. Need ko din ba ng rest sa pagtake ng creatine like sa loading phase?

    ano effect sayo ng crea? e hindi ka na kamo nag loading phase (w/c is ung usal take ng mga nag creacreatine ngayon lalo pag mono na) on a daily basis nag proproduce naman katawan ng creatine inaamplify mo lang IFAIK

    loading man o hindi , may effect pa din sa akin ang crea , sa directions naman kasi ng creakong 1 full scoop 20min before workout , ganun ginagawa ko, so everytime mag workout ako nag tetake ako, pag rest day hindi, basta inum madami tubig ,

    Maybe subukan ko na lang sa susunod yung mas murang creatine brand...
    Any suggestion mga paps?

    For creatine to work you have to do the loading phase first or it takes a month to saturate your muscles if you just take maintenance. You also need to drink more water as the creatine absorbs the water. Like mentioned, the fancier brands simply try to make theirs different (so they can charge more), but it's really just creatine monohydrate that's needed. So if you buy those fancy brands, you are buying overpriced grape juice powder as well.

    Creatine's only real effect is to improve your recovery, but because of this people are simply able to lift more. Now if your diet and rest is correct this allows you to build more muscle than without creatine. And that's where the strength gains come from, so don't expect to get strength gains just because you've finished loading phase of the creatine.

    Another thing is that meat naturally contains creatine as well. So if your diet consists of a lot of meat to the point that your body is already saturated in creatine, taking creatine supplement won't do much. It's vegetarians that gain most from taking creatine.
