  • @rtravino29 oo bro 2 capsule nga is 2.5g. so bale inom ko dito is 4 capsule. kaya lang sabi nila kapag capsule daw aa parang kulang yung dosage unlike kapag sa powder. nako bro hindi kasi ako maka explain kay mrs. basta ayaw nya lang yung mga supplement.

    @concepcionjf not sure about that actually, since I've noticed some gains din naman using on creatine capsule, siguro nasa tao rin, "hiyangan" baga. what works for me might not work for you, then again, consistent din kase gamit ko nun, araw araw . 4 capsule para maka 5g? anong brand nang creatine yan? weider?hehe!

    ON Creatine 2500 capsule sir. kasi yung weider 7 tabs bago maka 5g ee. yung lang binili ko 3days lang ako uminom pero nung pang 3days ko medyo lumakas ako konti kaya baka subukan ko ulit kahit pa caps caps lang.

    yung pag gamit kase bro nang creatine is everyday, as well as it will take some time before you see your gains, siguro be patient na lang bro.

    Ang alam ko eh ang Optimum Creatine 2500 Capsule eh 2 tab per serving para maging 5g. since 1 capsule is 2.5g.

    Can I take creatine if I want to gain lean muscles? Sabi kase sakin sa Anselka's eh mag-ga-gain daw ng weight due to water retention.

    RIght now, I'm at 175 lbs. I want to go down to below 170 lbs with lean muscles. Can I do that with creatine? Or mag-g-gain lang ako ng muscles and weight?

    yes as well. But I honestly don't think that you worry about it.
    RIght now, I'm at 175 lbs. I want to go down to below 170 lbs with lean muscles.
    Pwede naman, how's your cardio? are you on calorie deficit? what about the training?

    Siguro yung nag-advise sakin eh hindi nag-d-diet. Hehe.

    My cardio is average I guess. I use the stationary bike for 20 minutes 3-5 times a week. I do a lot of walking. I jog about twice a month. I play basketball 1-3 times a week.

    My calorie intake is less than 2k a day. I rarely eat rice. I lift weights around 3-5 times a week.

    Right now, I'm taking Prostar Whey. Can I supplement that with Creatine? If yes, what can you recommend?

    take the creatine and forget. It's cheap and anyone doing anaerobic training should take advantage of the benefits. IIRC the dymatize 1kilo is like Php 1-1.4k which is good for 200 servings = around 6-7 months worth.

    walang lasa yung creatine bro, ginagawa ko nga minsan dun eh sandok lagok. sandok nang crea, deretso sa bibig tapos inom tubig. grainy lang sya sa bibig, but once nakainom ka na nang tubig ok na sya. Pwede mo ring ihalo sa whey protien yun, walang problema. ginagawa ko rin yun.

    100g po pala tong SNI Micronized Creatine

    kapag po kasi bumili ako nung 500g hindi ko po mauubos yun

    Haha! Salamat! Nasanay na kase ako na nag-ca-cardio dahil weight loss ang inuna ko. May mga konti pang fats na kelangan i-burn. Salamat sa feedback. Bili ako ng creatine pagbalik ko Manila.

    @Jiggaman - may kahirapan talaga. Kaya ang ginagawa ko na lang kung ano man yung hindi matunaw, lagay na lang ng liquid ulet then inom-lunok.

    Yung iba dito dati tinatake yan na parang asukal. Walang halo2 sa liquid. From tub diretso bibig.

    ^ technique jan eh pag subo nang creatine, inom kagad tubig, mumug muna sa bibig tapos lunok. pag may natira pang buhangin, inom ulet tubig, mumog muna tapos lunok ulet.

    ^ganyan din gawa ko. Before tinutunaw ko pa sa tubig. May nagturo lang skin. Nung una di ko kaya ung lasang buhangin until nasanay na rin. Try nypo nlang po mas mabilis pa keas i mix mo with fluids

    Ang ginagawa ko na lang eh add lang ng add ng tubig. Hahaluin ko ng intense para suspended yung granules sabay inom. Para hindi mag-settle sa baba. Tapos pag may na-tira talaga eh kukutsarahin na lang. Hehe.

    I just started taking creatine about 5 days ago. Hindi ako nag-loading. I'm not gaining any water weight naman. What does this mean? Ibig sabihin ba nito eh it's not taking effect or I should just give it a bit more time? Concern ko kase before na bibigat ako eh I'm trying to cut pero hinayaan ko na lang prepared nako to gain a bit of weight, pero wala pa din. Hehe.

    Maybe dahil I do cardio din?

    Sa bibig ko din dinederecho yung creatine. May nararamdaman ko na may pagkapait yung creatine pero not that strong. Di naman siguro sira tong nabili ko hehe.

    Minsan hinahalo ko din sa whey pero may nakikita akong creatine sa gilid ng shaker kaya konting banlaw then inom ulit :)
  • yung dymatize creatine ko, nung una sa cold water ko hinahalo pero di talaga na didisolve, ginawa ko sa coffee ko hinalo ayun natunaw, by the way coffee addict ako. may kunting nalalasahan ako sa creatine..

    hindi natutunaw yung micronized crea. Straw lang ginagamit ko panigurado simot kahit san mo pa ihalo :)

    Kahit hindi ka mag creatine masama ang alak lalo na kapag sobra :)

    san mo ba hinahalo yung crea? baka naman sa liquid na pinaghaluan mo ng creatine kung bakit ka nagtae. Ako kasi matic pag inom ng extra joss kahit may crea or wala e kumukulo tiyan ko (dahil sa sodium bicarbonate)
  • bro sa coffee ko hinahalo, hilig ko kasi mag kape kaya naisip ko dun nalang ihalo. dapat siguro sa cold water. balak ko nga itigil na kaso kakabili ko lang nung creatine. 6 tablespoon palang bawas 1.1 lbs yun binili ko
