    Chest/tris day:

    Took fish oil 1 capsule
    pre wo drink 2s whey + swissmis dark choco

    Warm up set: SM press 3 sets × 35 kg

    SM flat bench press
    SM Decline press

    Cable crossover:
    High 5 sets 30 reps
    Mid 4 sets 30 resps

    Triceps.
    Bench dips (Weighted)
    Overhead rope extension
    Triceps push down
    Controlled push up

    Kaunting shoulder:

    DB Arnold press

    Done.

    lunch Sandwich guy bbq chicken + extra bbq chicken and 1 slice cheese

    snack salted peanut 3 servings 20 g each

    Long weekend kaya rest day. Pumunta pa sa fiesta sa Batangas at lumamon hehehe.

    By the way hindi lang pala tennis elbow sa right arm, pati sa left arm may golfer's elbow na rin toinks. Iniinda ko nalang, sa una lang naman masakit pag nag bubuhat. .pero pag naka ilang reps na nawawala naman.

    same condition as the wife, the doctor suggested steriod and therapy...what is the doctor's prognosis?

    Warm up set 5 mins: Push up + jumping jack

    SM flat bench press 1sx12 20kg, 2sx8 40kg, 1sx close grip 7, wide grip 7, wider 7 20kg
    SM Decline press 3sx12 25kg
    SM Incline press 3sx12 20kg
    DB bench press 3sx12
    DB fly flat bench 3x12

    Cable crossover:
    High 4 sets 30,25 reps
    Mid 4 sets 30 reps

    Biceps.
    DB rows
    bicep cable curls

    times up

    Done.

    Nga pala. The way I cook my patty. Oven toaster. 10 mins each side mas na reretain nya ang juice at moist ng karne sarap hehe

    2nd meal- Dinner century tuna chunks in water + 1 medium size cucumber. Mahirap na hagilapin ang solid in water tsk. Peanut butter for dessert dalawang kutsara. Drink choco whey 2 scoops.
