Long weekend kaya rest day. Pumunta pa sa fiesta sa Batangas at lumamon hehehe.
By the way hindi lang pala tennis elbow sa right arm, pati sa left arm may golfer's elbow na rin toinks. Iniinda ko nalang, sa una lang naman masakit pag nag bubuhat. .pero pag naka ilang reps na nawawala naman.
