    Tomorrow is market day, im fixing my Weekly meal plan, will it be 5kg of beef or 6kg of chicken...any advice sa condiments...:)

    Yes, in my opinion I think they're one of the best (if not the best) whey protein shake in its category. ;)

  • Im using it right now, very seldom, a 5lb jug can last me 3 months, my macros are on par thats why i dont drink it too much, i just have a shaker bottle in the car with a serving or two for those just in case moments, if youre eating on sched, you dont need one.

    Alternating Cable Shoulder Press
    Upright Cable Row
    Seated bent over lats
    Arnold DB press
    Side cable pull

    Dumating na sya haha natuwa naman ako ang laki pala. Hehe first time ko bumili ng mga ganito pag pasensyahan nyo na haha. Dati nakikita ko lang to sa mga mall hehe di ko akalain makakabili din pala akoFuFW2fy.jpg

    Chest and triceps Day;

    Warm up: SM press no plates 3 sets × 25

    SM flat bench press
    SM Decline press 3 sets
    DB flat bench press 3 sets
    Inclined db flys 3 sets
    Cable crossover 3sets

    Triceps.
    Bench dips (Weighted)
    Triceps push down

    Done

    Lunch: 1/2 half roast chicken

    Hehehe will do sir. For now stick ako sa IF at control sa kinakain. Nakaka light nang pakiramdam. Kailangan mawala to ang taba. I lost 4lbs In a week pero fluctuating pa hehe.

    Basa mga Journals habang rest day (may sakit). Nakakatuwa ang ibang Journal marami ka talaga matutunan at ma pupulot na recipe haha. Pati usapan nakakatuwa at nakakatawa din. Grabe ganun pala ka active tong PBB wayback 2011 to 2012.. bakit kaya di na gaano ka active ang ibang mga master hehe.

    Pan seared chicken paps sabi ng waiter. May nag cater kasi sa amin company anniversary. Binanatan ko nga puro manok since buffet dinner hahaha

    Ginoogle ko lang yan paps kung pano lutuin haha though iba lasa dun sa nakain ko sa buffet pero pwede na hehehe.
