they call it the warrior diet by author ori hofmekler, i do it once or twice a week on top of the usual 16/8 IF, it just reinforces discipline, when you do a 24hr, 16hrs would be your new normal....i still eat around 2100 cal cramed into one meal, i consume a very big single meal to the point i cant eat anymore, thats where the whey comes in, i take 2 scoops just to fill in the macros...dun lang ako nag ta-take ng whey
@lastresort -ay ganun ba sir. buti matagal na ako di nakain/inum nang taho. yung soya milk lang once a week. pero sige iwasan ko na rin pati vitamilk since si sir troll at ikaw na ang nag sabi eh. ika nga take it from the masters. salamat sir.
