  • they call it the warrior diet by author ori hofmekler, i do it once or twice a week on top of the usual 16/8 IF, it just reinforces discipline, when you do a 24hr, 16hrs would be your new normal....i still eat around 2100 cal cramed into one meal, i consume a very big single meal to the point i cant eat anymore, thats where the whey comes in, i take 2 scoops just to fill in the macros...dun lang ako nag ta-take ng whey

    @lastresort -ay ganun ba sir. buti matagal na ako di nakain/inum nang taho. yung soya milk lang once a week. pero sige iwasan ko na rin pati vitamilk since si sir troll at ikaw na ang nag sabi eh. ika nga take it from the masters. salamat sir.

  • Hmmmm It looks like lbs judging from the thickness of the rubber. Try mo mg bicep curl, generally kng kgs yan mabgat bgat based sa mga program na gngawa mo.. :)

    I just measured my bf and its 12.6% . According sa chart lean daw ako haha tyan, gilid at backfat nalang problema nito pero sige lang keep pushing

    Chest/tris/bis lol sinabay eh no

    Warm up: jumping jack 50, pushup 30, BB flat bp 3sx12 44lbs

    BB flat bp 3sx12,11,10 88lbs
    SM Decline press 3sx12,10,10, 88lbs
    SM Incline press 3sx12,11,10 44lbs
    DB bench press 3sx15 35lbs each

    Cable crossover:
    High 3sx30 reps 40lbs each
    Mid 3sx30 reps 30lbs each

    Biceps.
    BB rows 3sx8 44lbs
    DB rows 2sx20 20lbs
    bicep cable curls 3sx21 (low to mid 7, mid to chest 7, full motion 7) 70lbs

    Triceps.
    Bench dips (Weighted) 1sx20
    Triceps push down 1s 15 reps
    Triceps cable rope extension 3s 15 reps 70lbs
    Controlled push up 1s 15 reps

    times up. kulang ang time!!!! maya nalang sa bahay pag patuloy

    Done.

    Lunch homemade 1 Big burger patty with 2 slices cheese + spaghetti + chicken wing

    Drink: 2s Whey + swismiss dark choco.
