    Yun na nga paps eh, youtube rin yung pinapanood ko. Yung adobo doon ako natuto sablay parin talaga minsan hahaha. Lasang toyo tlga LOL

    hahaha pag parati mo ginagawa paps ma perfect mo rin yan, tiwala lang haha. ako kasi nasa genes na rin ang pag luluto kasi nanay ko mahilig mag luto hehe.

    anyway naka 14 medium patties ako kagabi out of 1 1/2 killo ground beef, may extender na carrots at oatmeal

    Eto na sya. Bale first meal at pre wo meal ko na rin sa 16/8 ko na IF hehe

    Medium size beef patty+ Gardenia wheat with raisin bread + cabage
    + two slices cheese+sandwich spread swak na hehehe

    bihira paps kasi dami matakaw sa barbel hahahaha. Pero lesson learned, kailangan maka twice a week ako sa DL at SQ grabe drained lakas ko kanina haha. Actually leg day kanina dapat pero wala na, na ubos ang lakas talaga lol

    di katulad ng idol ko na si sir @dimzon03 halimaw sa buhat hehehe

  • Hehehe kahit gawin mo once or twice a week bro, 3 days interval. Sarap sa pakiramdam maka squats at deadlift, kinabukasan wasak na wasak yung feeling mo hahaha. Minsan ginagawa ko yung squats sa leg day ko tapos yung deadlift sa back day pineperform kasi talagang nakaka drain kapag sinasabay ko yung dalawa. Pero ngayon sinasabay ko na kasi after legday restday ko na hehe.

    Nagawa mo na bang i pahuli ang dl at sqts paps? like inuna mo muna ang ibang body parts then bago matapos wo mo dl and sqts?

    Kung hindi kapa sanay at inaaral mo pa mga yan mas maganda unahin mga main lift kaysa isolation para hindi masacrifice energy mo. Pero kung sanay kana sa pahirapan edi go! Kilala mo naman kung sino sanay sa ganun diba? hehehe

    Oatmeal 3 scoops (used the ON GS scoop) + 1 Scoop ON GS kaya mala champorado ang labas kuno hehe

    Drink PM7 2 Scoops (used the ON GS Scoop)

    Inuuna ko lagi yan paps, depende sa availability ng Smith Machine/Squat rack pero lagi ko inuuna compound lifts like DL and Squats.
