ikaw din nasabi ni dimz! haha. how extreme? i have 5 hr window. anyway, Something came up. hindi ako maka gym ng bomba ill say 3-4 months before i can recover fully. i underwent surgery. tho i can stick to it pero nabobother ako sa metabolism since i cant maximize all those protein i take. i have this weird thing in my head na gusto ko mareset ung metab ko kasi parang nag plateu na ko
im doing only 2-4hr window and a 24 fast once a week, i had an operation also last april..pero di ko parin tinigil if, my lifts are still the same even when i was 50lbs heavier..except for the bench,....if you want to lift more weight, you need more mass to lift heavy, thats physics....it depends what your goals are...well im just trying to be lean and not look my age

yes sir naka IF ako with diet na na less carbs or no carbs aside sa carbs ng food at supps. More Fats from fish oil and virgin coconut oil. Peanuts and peanut butter, mayonnaise. Parang semi keto. Nag try ako IF dati pero di consistent, pero since August 15 dun ko siniryoso ang IF na 16/8. ok naman ang lifts ko in a fasted state since 12nn to 1:30 ang wo ko. And mga 2pm pa ako makakain hehe. Page weekend carboload talaga since unpredictable ang mga events lol like inuman at kainan. So far nakikita ko naman ang result. Wala pa ako balak mag break sa IF since nasa experimental stage pa ako sir hehe. Di ko pa na try mag 24hr katulad kay sir @TRoll_W_a_Heart baka pulutin nalang ako sa kalsada hahaha

its easy if you stop eating around 5-6pm..., ok yung warrior protocol ni ori hofmekler, on the 20th hour, i just take a protein shake, then go workout, then have a 2200-2500 calorie meal at the end of the day...

well, if it suits you better, if you have a normal 9-5 job na may biglaang stress medyo mahirap mag IF talaga
I might give lifting involving elbow a rest kasi ang left arm ko di lang may golfers elbow, may tennis elbow na rin. ang right elbow ko naman yan ang unang una nag karoon ng tennis elbow. Pero we'll see. So rest day today Thursday till Monday.

daammnnnn 2-4 hr window is crazy! props. then once a week din na 24 hrs. i dont know if i can keep my sanity with that. ano operation ung sayo that permited you to lift at the same time?
its easy once you go past 18hrs, my trick is i eat at around 6-7pm, that will be a very big meal of 1900-2200calories, that includes desert, 1-2 chocolate bars...pero no more than 350calories... the insulin spike will help you sleep...around 9 or 10pm....wake up around 530am, drink black coffee which suppresses appetite, bring the unica to school then off to the office....do some errands, ill be home around lunch...what ill do is just go take a nap, wake up at 3pm, drink a protein shake, go back to the office, fetch the unica, workout at the gym nearby, then go home, eat a very
big meal...

i don't know, pero pag nag db rows ako sa gym either too light or too heavy walang tama sa biceps ko. Pero pag ang db ko sa bahay na bakal mas ramdam ko haha weird nga eh
