    Just got back from workout b of sl 5x5

    Here's what I did:

    Squat - 100lbs
    Standing military press - 70lbs
    Deadlift - 100lbs

    Add-on:
    Chinups - 3 sets 12,10,4(failure)
    Reverse crunches - 2 sets
    Weighted sit-up - 2 sets

    45secs rest in between sets sobrang pawis ko kanina sa gym. Natapos ko in 1 hour kasama warm up and stretching.

    Btw I'm feeling very uncomfortable right now nagdagdag kasi ako ng half scoop of white flood nanginginig buong katawan ko I think I should stick to 1 scoop lang.

    nung last 4 days parang di ako tinamaan sa 1scoop kaya nag 1.5 scoop ako, siguro nag cho-chocolates din kasi ako kaya di masyado umepekto un WF eh kahapon at kanina no chocolate ayun KABOOM! hahahahahah

    sarap naman tinatablan ka pa ng 1scoop na pre sup. 2 na na try ko jacked at novem i need to take 4-5 scoops to feel something still no dramatic effects. ang gastos! ahahah!

    ^ yep kulang talga yung 5x5 kaya ginawa ko yung 1st compound exercise ko saa isang body part, style 5x5 , e.g barbell curl sa bicep gagawin ko 5x5 then yung next like preacher curl 8reps na .. etc

    nag switch ako ng program now parang ganito..

    eg sa bench press mo max is 200

    i start sa 50/50 5 reps then 70/70 5 reps then 80/80 5 reps then 100/100 kahit ilan pag naka 10 na pwede na mag add sa next session.

    then sa dumbells sa 10-8 reps nako hindi na ganun ka heavy say 80% siguro ..

    so bossing ano ano bale program mo ngaun?

    Balik DY ako ule e, nabo-bother kasi ako na mag squat pa rin kahit sore pa ung legs ko.

    DY but yung very first exercise ex. bench press, military press, barbell curl is using yng method ng 5x5

    You didn't have to prove anything to anyone but I guess, sometimes, good guys have to play hardball lol.

    Hindi ako magtataka kung 83-85 per hand (kasama ang bar) ang nabuhat mo.

    thanks bro! hehehe. ayos naman gym namen di naman siya madumi name-maintain naman un lang ung leather na covering ng gamit butas ung iba kaya mabaho di pa napapalitan.

    konti na lang pala sir monch pwede na ko sumabay sayo..kaya ko na mag 120lbs eh..nasa house rules lang na bawal yung vid and photos, for sure yung mga stolen..ewan lang kung yung gaya ng syo which is for personal use eh pwede..i'll try to ask, kapag pwede tapos me assistant ako subukan ko din..hehehe
