    Finished shoulders/tri's

    Improved from 130lbs to 140 pero gigil na gigil ako 6 reps lang hehehe.
    Sarap ng buhat ko kanina bilog n bilog shoulders ko :)

    91.75php un DP bro 300grams 80servings and 15cal per serving. Pero Sa pinost ni bro skkin ang ratio nito with whey is 2:1 so bale lalabas na ung Isang bote good for 5servings Lang.

    Just got back from the gym chest/biceps.

    Panalo ang ON whey mocha capuccino+freshmilk para akong nag starbucks hahahah.

    Sa dextrose powder pala hirap ihalo sa tubig tumigas siya nabuo, sa lasa naman para akong ngumunguya ng asukal matamis siya.

    Rest day today, renew ko lang professional license ko at dota dota muna.

    Tomorrow is chest/biceps day :)

    3rd day rest day ko talagang di muna ako nagbuhat. di pa kasi nakaka-recover kaatwan ko and im cycling off din sa 12 week period of Dorian yates Blood and Guts program.

    Iba muna ako ng program for this week to avoid plateau :)

    Rest day today.

    Finished my 12week DY program. 1 week ako mag off maybe ill try boss jeri's 5x5 program then balik DY ule.

    Weighed myself today and I weighed 145lbs.

    nice brader monch. pag magsisimula ka na ng 5x5, pwede bang papost ng gagawin mong routine? Im planning to cut idol DY's B&G to 10 weeks e, anyway it was supposed to be a 6 week trainer pero sarap e hehe.

    bro eto lang susundan ko ngaun:

    Workout A:

    Squat 5x5
    Bench Press 5x5
    Barbell rows 5x5

    Workout B:

    Squat 5x5
    Overhead Press 5x5
    Deadlift 5x5

    yan gagawin ko bro.

    Pero baka magdadag ako ng chinups sa workout A, try ko siya 4 weeks then balik DY ako.

    2nd day of SL5x5. started with light weights lang muna, hirap din mag adjust ppag bago program parang maghihina ka ule, I felt weird doing flat bench presses nasanay ako sa decline kay DY LOL

    ganun lang pero trial ko muna gang 2 weeks lang, di ko masyado dama eh, di tulad sa DY kahit 1st time ko pa lang kinabukasan gulpi ung muscle group na winorkout ko. Di bale kakasimula ko pa lang naman so i'll see

    ^salamat brader monch! ayos yung pagkakabalanse. isa ding reason kaya ko switch sa 5x5 e yung frequency ng training ng chest :D
