    Alam ko si bro skkin n try yan, mahirap lang daw ihalo sa tubig unlike ni ON pero pare parehas lang ang creatine eh so no worries jan it's still a good buy

    Just got back from the gym:

    Customized 5x5

    Squats - 110lbs 5x5
    Bench Press - 100lbs 5x5
    Bent over row - 50lbs 5x5
    Pullups - 10,8,failure
    Triceps extension - 10lbs 10x2

    Started light sa 5x5 until december :)

    160 lbs lang un bro sa inclined bench press, sa flat di ko alam max ko since naka DY program ako before hindi siya included sa program ko.

    Light weights muna ako para di magulat muscles ko sa dagdag na weights every week, aiming for str ako ngayon eh :)

    @monch - yung deliverables for logo??hehehe yung routine to na 5x5 yan lang gagawin for the whole training day in a week (xpt cardio)??ganu katagal yung isang buong session mo??panu progression mo??every training day o every week??gusto ko kasi mg 5x5 eh..

    May nagawa ako kaso di pa tapos, di ako satisfied sa unang gawa ko hahahah. Try ko pa gawa then send ko muna sayo :)

    Bale ganyan paps, ung bigat ng binubuhat ko kinalahati ko bale so I can start light tapos 1 week yan, next week add ako 10% of my previous record sa lahat ng buhat ko. Aiming for Str ako ngaun hehehe.

    OT:
    Hindi paps,gusto ko rin sana kaso sayang pera kaya puro basa basa at forum lang 

    monch, imho wag ka na muna mag db kickbacks - try mo na lang mag reverse dips with added weight/plates sa ibabaw nang hita.

    ot: ganda nang shots mo brod penge link hi res nung magkakapatong na rocks. :)

    mas effective ba un pampalaki ng tri's? si kickbacks ba sir ano talaga purpose nun? jan talaga limited ang alam ko kasi sir sa triceps eh.

    Sa forum kasi basa basa ako lurker mode lang lagi kasi wala pa ako maipopost eh, sa TPC canon users thread nag post ako kailan lang kaso walang pumansin hahaha di ata sila friendly sa mga baguhan sa thread, naglu-lurk din ako sa PiPho.

    Pero style ko rin bro before me mag shoot sa certain place hanap ako photos sa net nung lugar para at least may idea ako where to start from :)

    ung kickbacks ang tama sa braso ko dun sa may lateral head. isolation exercise ksi sya. i don't recommend isolations for strength training.

    eto nga pala ung url nung revese dip aka bench dip. :)

    sir bardagul pde naman siguro machine jan..kasi kung 2 bench magagamit for this exercise..kakahiya sa iba, hindi lang naman ako ng gygym eh..tsaka lang occupied mga bench smin...

    @monch- kelan mo sinimulan yung routine??keep me posted huh...

    2 weeks ko na kahapon rest ako for 2 days sat na uli bali start ng 3rd week ko.

    @don pwede din 1 bench yung naka stretch legs mo or naka parang perpendicular yung legs sa floor. yun ang variation na nirerecommend ko sa mga bochog na katulad ko na nag uumpisa. :D

    no prob monch! may variation pa ko minsan ginagawa dyan na medyo i point ko outward yung elbows para tamaan long head. :)
