walang kanin sir.. hehe, iniiwasan ko mag kanin/tinapay etc., tagal ko na ngang hindi nag kakanin, na break lang nung tnry ko yung roasted duck at pork asado. hahaha.. ang kain ko lang ulam lang, yung mga pinopost ko na chicken, beef patties etc. hindi ako nag kakanin nun. hehehe. gastos ko nga daw sabe ng asawa ko... sabe ko sakanya tipid naman tayo sa bigas. hahaha.. minsan nga yung isang kilo 1 week ata mahigit.. kasi anak ko na lang ang nag kakanin sa bahay,.. haha
uo, pero ako waley talaga... hahaha nag cabalen nga kami puro lutong ulam na masarap sa kanin, pero ulam lang talaga kinain ko. hahaha. tiis ganda. hahaha.. pero may results talaga sir, pag low carbs.. siguro sa 3 years ko sa gym ito na pinaka magandang na attain ko sa katawan ko. hehe.. dati kasi hindi ako nag ddiet nun,, buhat lang, kaya muka daw akong bouncer (mataba na ma-muscle) ngayon lang ako medyo nag kaka korte talaga. haha.
