    Workout for today

    Squat 5x5
    Bench Press pyramid + 4 other chest exercise
    Dumbbell rows 5x6-7 + 4 other back exercise
    Accessory Exercise Triceps & Biceps

    Pre workout
    Zark's jawbreaker Burger lol. hindi ko lang kinain yung bread. hehe. mga 2hours before workout yan.. And neuro core 30min. before workout
    Post workout
    2 scoops whey protein , tuna,and mixed veggies.. snacks - slim coffee with 3 tbsp. coconut oil. :)

    Dead lift Pyramid
    Military press 5x7 to 8, plus 6 other shoulder exercises, 3 sets each 7 to 8 reps. super set(beast mode on) hahaha 2 days rest kasi.. plus shrugs
    Accessory Exercise - Triceps & Biceps

    Pre workout
    2 scoops neurocore + creatine 1 scoop
    Post workout
    2 Scoops whey protein, 5 pcs. lumpiang shanghai, half chicken. dame pagkain sa bahay, may pancit cake etc. may occasion kasi, pero napigilan parin kainin yung matataas ang carbs. hahaha

    Progress pic as of Dec. 10, 2016. Wala gaano pinag babago, pero happy parin. hehehe. :)

    Workout for today

    Squat 5x5
    Bench Press Pyramid + 4 other chest exercises 3 sets each,7-8 reps super set.
    Barbell Rows 5x7 to 8 + 6 other back exercises 3 sets each,7-8 reps super set.
    Accessory Exercise - Triceps & Biceps

    Pre workout
    2 scoops neuro core + 1 scoop creatine

    Post workout
    pag uwi sa bahay 2 scoops whey protein kagad, after an hour 1 whole chicken naman (senior pedro medyo maalat haha) kinain ko while waiting sa self service laundry. pag uwi sa bahay after 2 hours ata beef patties naman, hindi ko na sana lulutuin tong beef, kaso nalabas ko na sa ref, e masama daw yun pag na defrost na yung pagkain masama na raw patigasin ulit. hehehe. kaya mukang lumagpas ako ngayon sa caloric limit ko hehehe.

  • elibs ako dun, ang hirap mag drive ng weight na walang legs, that means all lats, chest and tris lang...ano itsura ng lower back nya whilst pushing?

    astig diba sir,, meron pa akong pina-follow sa instagram, siya naman kulang ng isang braso.. pag nag bubuhat siya, example dumbbell press, may nilalagay sa braso niya para pantay or para mag grow din kahit papano yung putol na side ng braso niya.

    Squat 5x5 (2 sets warm up. 1st bar weight only 10-12 reps,2nd 50% of total max weight 8-10 reps, then 5x5 max weight)
    Bench press pyramid + 3 other chest exercises
    Dumbbell rows 5x5 + 4 other back exercises super set
    Accessory Exercises - triceps & biceps

    pre workout
    neuro core 2 scoops + creatine 1 scoop
    post workout
    1 whole chicken

    sa instructions na nakalagay sa label, 45min.-1hr before workout.. pansin ko effective naman siya, kelangan lang madame ka talaga uminum ng tubig,, sa case ko kasi grabe ako mag pawis sa gym nung nag ttake ako nun. hahaha. tsaka may tingling sensation siya sa umpisa. hehehe

    Merry Christmas sa lahat!! hahaha. mag ggym sana ako dahil 3 days off na ako gawa nung kasal ko nung Wednesday, napagod at na pa inum din ng madame, kaso sarado na gym namin ngayon, monday na ulit open.. hahaha. Happy xmas mga Sir!

    Workout yesterday

    Squat 5x5 (2 sets warm up. 1st set -bar weight only 10-12 reps,2nd set -50% of total max weight 8-10 reps, then 4x5 max weight) napansin ko lang kahit na 6 days rest nandun parin yung lakas hehehe
    Bench Press - Pyramid + 3 other chest exercises

    Beef Wanton Noodles, Fried Chicken and beef with broccoli (no rice).nag tanong pa yung waiter samin kung wala ba talaga kaming inorder na kanin.. hahaha, pero mataas parin carbs niyan gawa nung noodles..
    pero ayusin ko na ulit diet ko pagka tapos ng new year. promise.. hehe :)

    Share ko lang pala guys Last Week pala kinasal po ako sa long time GF/live in partner ko. (14years po kami)
    share ko lang yung experience,, sobrang saya po niya grabe,ganun pala pag kinakasal lalo na pag mahal mo talaga at ang dame niyong pinag daanan bago dumating yung kasal.. simple lang yung kasal pero para akong nasa langit, ayaw kong matapos yung araw na yun. hahaha, tapos ilang days lang lumipas pasko naman, sunod sunod ang ligaya, hahaha tapos new year, tapos honey moon. parang ito na yung pinaka masayang taon ng buhay ko. hehehe. Salamat po Panginoon.. Pag nakuha ko na yung final Same day edit namin post ko saglit dito. tsaka yung ibang pics. hehe. Good day mga sir!

    Post workout meal, pagka galing sa gym bihis saglit sa bahay tapos derecho sa mall kahapon, sa sobrang busy kasi before ng wedding hindi ko napag balot ng gift yung anak ko for Christmas haha,kaya pinapili ko na lang siya kahapon hehe.
