20 minutes cardio tabata/metafit style (sa bahay ako nag gaganito) hehe, sa gym pala namin may metafit program,200 pesos singil nila per session.. pag naaabutan ko sila pa start lagi nila ako niyayaya mag metafit(200php) sabe ko ayaw ko... sa isip isip ko sa yoututbe ang dameng ganyan, hahaha. yung 200 ko ipambabayad ko sa inyo pambili ko na lang food.hehehe.
