Post workout meal, pagka galing sa gym bihis saglit sa bahay tapos derecho sa mall kahapon, sa sobrang busy kasi before ng wedding hindi ko napag balot ng gift yung anak ko for Christmas haha,kaya pinapili ko na lang siya kahapon hehe.

mag sstart pa lang sir sa keto. matagal na kong low carb sir, pero nitong december hindi naging consistent, hehe, pero ngayon strict low carb na ulit, pag nag grocery ako gagawa na ko ulit ng meal plan. hehehe.

honestly, miss ko din rice, nung low carb ako, two cups a day only and one sneakers bar, plus pancakes at sundays... i didnt gain weight, pero di matangal yung back fat, then i started keto, i lost 10lbs and 1-2inches sa waist in 2-3weeks, if you lose that much weight, 100% its just water weight..i checked the back fat, its still there but not that pronounced, ill shift back to carbs after summer...
