@Chico Enzo - True, wala ng sasarap pa sa kumain, magpahinga at matulog after ng intense na workout. Ah okay... pag tagal2 kasi nakaka pagod at nakaka tamad nadin mag monitor ng food intake lalo na kung taon2 mo ng ginagawa at same to minor adjustment lang naman ang ginagawa.
@Chico Enzo - Hininto ko na last week. Mukang sagad na for the meantime. Sa ngaun dahan2 yung dagdag ng kain medyo kelangan ko din dun sa current program ko for extra reps.

You will always gain some fat with big mass gains. Don't worry about it. Sleep more and do more low intensity conditioning.
No one ever gets big unless they get comfortable with some extra fat gain and keep that weight on them for a year or so until it becomes their new set point. The constant yo yo of gaining 10lbs then freaking out that you're fat and dieting it off keeps you the exact same neurotic skinny-fat guy for a decade.
I'm guilty as charged on the last sentence before I did S2B.
