IMO, mas mabuti pag wala na ung mga scabs. sa akin mga 1 week cguro pero depende pa din un sa ability ng kada tao magpagaling ng sugat. :sport:
sa high rep range deads mas ok TnG especially sa bbing routines na importante ang tension. ramdam mo sa erectors at traps yan at midback na din towards tge end of the set. pero kung 2-3 reps ok din TnG if kaya mo talaga yung weight (leaving 2-3 reps in the tank). hindi mo intentionally patatalbugin yung weight pag kaya mo buhatin e kasi magpause ka man or hindi walang daya sa reps mo. pag kumuha ka ng bwelo sa bounce tapos hindi mo macontrol yung weight usually mawawala ka rythm kada rep.
D nman cguro bro considering sa bodyweight ko ngayon. Also di yan touch n go, may mga 2-3 secs rest yan in between reps...
