Mga masters, halatang halata sa pic ko na talagang behind na behind ung chest development ko compared to my other body parts especially sa upper at inner part. Can you guys please gimme some tips on how to add mass to my chest especially those weaker areas that i mentioned? TIA mga masters\m/
I admit, my form sucked big time. Then i started doing my research over the net and applied what i've learned. If you take a look at my before pic, you will notice that my upper pec is somewhat thinner compared to the outer and lower part. I guess genetics also played a great role in my chest development.
Hopefully you guys can help me on how to properly do those BPs, iba na kc pag sa inyo galing kumpara dun sa mga articles na nababasa ko over the net. As they say, experience is the best teacher. Thanks in advance mga masters...
Squeeze the pecs when pressing and doing flye movements this is bodybuilding and not powerlifting, its not just about moving the weight up and down dapat nag cinocontract mo yan tignan mo mas bibilis ang development ng pecs mo by doing that.
Thanks a lot sir Yatez, i'm just doing it recently. Also, may nabasa akong article saying that the movement shouldn't be just up and down vertically, it should be a semi-arch movement, which in my experience makes more contractions in my pecs. Also, i am doing a reverse grip bench press. I learned this from Dr. Jim Stoppani, again i feel better contractions in my pecs from this exercise compared to the incline BB press.

^not bad IMO but the size doesn't come quickly. May shape na yung chest area mo, so getting there. you will gain more mass as you bulk and lift heavier every year
mga masters, ask lang po ako advice kung paano ma fifix ung imbalance ko sa back. Was a bit worried kc when i took a photo of my back and saw some imbalances, the lighting also played a big role to it kc the source of light is coming from the left so mas na highlight ung left part ko keysa sa right part. TIA mga masters!!!!
