    ako honestly lahat tapon, bs ang genes ko lahat ng nangyari sakin ngayon due to hardwork i.e strength, katawan purely hardwork lang talaga kahit basura diet. hindi tulad ni ridller na consister ang nutrition, mirin sya.

    as genes, bubu genes talga. keep up meron ka talaga gainz kahit ano mangyari

    bulk progress photo @171-173lbs (for reference) still not sure whether to continue bulking or maybe add cardio/volume and intensity to my routine. Noticed that i gained a significant amount of fat especially in the midsection area. Wasn't monitoring my macros for the past couple of months due to work.

    actually bro, wala akong goal when it comes to weight during my bulk. Binabase ko lang talaga sa appearance ko sa mirror. Tried a mini cut before that lasts just about 4 weeks i guess. So dko talaga masasabi kung mabilis ba ako magbawas ng timbang, kc 4 weeks is too short of a time to evaluate fat loss IMO.

    pwede na yan bai para sa mini cuts ulit. solido naman yung mass mo kahit sabihin nateng may konting fats. basta base sa aking mga mata, your doing a great job! good progress

    sabi nga nila, pag wala kana masyadong nakikitang gains sa ginagawa mo, dun mo malalaman kung kelngan mo naba mag adjust sa diet at training at maganda talagang basehan yan salamin hehehe

    Base sa nakikita ko man hindi ganon ka taas ang bodyfat mo at mas dominating si muscle mass. About sa chest, laki na ng improvement. Nag back read din kasi ako dito sa journal mo from page 1. Haha. Mas okay siya ngaun. Plus mirin bench press stats. Lakas mo bro.
