actually bro, wala akong goal when it comes to weight during my bulk. Binabase ko lang talaga sa appearance ko sa mirror. Tried a mini cut before that lasts just about 4 weeks i guess. So dko talaga masasabi kung mabilis ba ako magbawas ng timbang, kc 4 weeks is too short of a time to evaluate fat loss IMO.
