    nag 270 nako last wik. 270 x 4 x 2sets po nagawa ko. ok naman daw form ko nung nagpatingin ko nuon. tapos kanina ganto nanyari
    warp up set
    120 x 15
    150 x 10
    270 x 5 -- wrking set po - ganito sana gawin ko ulit rep e tagal ko pa nmn ngpahinga bago maglast set sana
    then 270 x 2 ung 3rd rep un na. lumagutok na.

    max mo na ba 270 x 5 ? kung oo, there's no way na magagawa mo ulit ang 270 x 5 for the next set kahit magpahinga ka pa ng 5 minutes

    maaaring ang nangyari dyan ay pinilit mo ang 3rd rep at nawala ka sa tamang form

    may mga time talaga na parang "you're not in the zone" at di mo magagawa ang target weights and reps

    Oo nga bro alvin. Mahirap mpunta snapcity. Just to be sure at para hindi ka maparanoid kapag mggym ka ulit. Mas ok kung pacheck mo na muna.

    Nga pala. Im not experiencing any pain on my shoulder anymore when doing cg bp. And im able to add more weight than before.Thanks sa mga inputs nio guys. :D

    Anyone here familiar of this pain...
    Yung everytime na babangon ka sa mahabang tulog/tatayo mula sa matagal na pag-upo/tuwing tatayo kapag may pupulutin, eh sumasakit yung sa likod na part ng ulo. BTW walang sinat, or sakit nang ulo, sumasakit lang during those exertions. Any idea what it is? BP: 100/70. BTemp: normal 37°C

    Hindi po. Yung pressure po. At hindi rin ako nahihilo, sumasakit lang masyado yung likod ng ulo kapag babangon sa higa, upo o pulot...

    May nkakaexperience ba sa inyo ng after leg workout mga 2-3 hours parang pinupulikat yung bandang quads near the knees. 3 times ko na na experience. Bigla bigla nalang sasakit. Lalo na yung galing ka sa upo tapos pag tayo parang pinupulikat. Di ko ma straight yung legs ko tapos medyo gumagalaw yung laman or muscles banda dun kapag sinusubukan ko istraight.

    lagi din ako nakakaramdam nyan katapos mag leg after 3 hrs. haha lalo na pag naiihi ako akyat ako ng hagdan pag tayo ko pa lang pinupulikat yung paa ko kaya bi ne bend ko knee ko pag lakad ahaha

    o ez bar curl pag heavy set na? o ako lang ata
    nakaka ramdam nito? sa bandang crest ng ulna

    tas biglang bitawan ko barbel mas masakit sya

    2012 2013 tinitiis ko lang yung sakit. may
    pinipisil ako sa ilalim ng forearm grabe yung
    sakit pag pinisil kaya di ko rin maiwasan pisilin
    masarap kasi lol.

    Usually cause ng wrist movements. Need to stretch wrist muscles tapos put ice or heat depende kung gaano na katagal then wear a forearm band para di masyado ma stress ung tendon.
  • my wife also has the same condition, steriod injections and theraphy is the advice of our physician...

    pahinga bro ang solution dyan at hindi hilot lol. Like most people say and a quote from sir @Rene "because you build muscle when you're resting and sleeping,,need to feed and repair muscle tissues torn when working out. You don't get big sa gym,,,you get big by what you eat and feed your muscles on your days off"
