    uhm. guys, i dont know if kayo din or injury ba tawag dito.

    but yung joint ko sa left shoulder, everytime i rotate, i hear this popping sound.

    then habang medyo masakit yung "bone" sa loob pag nag dumb bell tricep extension ako using left hand.


    injury na ba to? by the way started 2010, may popping sound na talaga. til now. :(

    parehas tayo simula nung napunit yata yung sa shoulder ko hanggang ngaun masakit pa din 2 weeks na tsk.. tapos lagi na tumutunog..

    di naman masakit or ano yun sa akin, may tunog. tapos mahirap yung dumbbell tricep extension na naka upo/tayo using left hand. tipong nagbabangga yung connecting bones or what. pero nakakaasar lang eh di talaga pedeng itodo sa heavy. oh well.

    3 years na rin to amf.

    nung tinanong ko yun isang instructor sa gym sabi sa akin natural lang daw to. napa wtf na lang ako. :(

    napunitan ata ako ng muscle,
    pano ba malalaman kung front delts o rotators (wag naman sana). napakasakit nya pag tinataas ko ung right hand ko!

    Sir magsearch ka sa youtube or google ng diagnosis. May mga self test dun sir. Nako mahirap yan pag shoulder tinamaan. Halos lahat ng exercises eh tatamaan.

    95% positive I have hip impingement. Ito yung masakit nung nag squat ako last week.

    Mga PT's and experienced Bro's natin, should I go for therapies or can this be corrected thru rehab exercises?

    Thanks for the tip bro but I did some research on my own and no one recommended foam rolling. Depende pa din kasi sa level of impingement, most of them suggested different kinds of stretching using bands.
  • Ako din may tama sa shoulder. Almost 3 weeks na masakit pa rin. Nagpacheck na ako sa doctor and sabi matagal talaga ang recovery.

    Sir mighty ano yung feeling nung may ganun? First few weeks ng squat ko na sobrang bukaka eh masakit yung singit ko eh.. pero nung nag deepsquat ako at hip drive nawala..

    Baka may existing pa rin kaya natanong na rin.

    Sir, masakit din po ba kahit sa Dead Lift ?

    Kung sa squat lang po, try mo po itigil muna ang squat

    Nagkaroon po kasi ako ng experience dati na may shoulder pain ako during flat bench press pero pag sa body weight push up ay walang shoulder pain

    I replaced the bench press with push ups until the pain was gone. Baka kasi humina ng todo ang chest muscle pag hininto ang chest exercises


    Sa tingin ko naman po, di naman malaki ang mawawala sa quadricep strength as long as you still do Dead Lifts


    Kung masakit kahit sa Dead Lift, ipahinga mo po muna at ipa-check sa doctor


    Di po ako therapist or doctor, suggestion lang based from experience :)

    @Jettie- kung sa singit mismo yung sayo eh baka groin injury na yan. Yung sakin is more sa hip sa ibabaw ng singit. I think nasa iliopsoas muscle.

    @nrg- Di naman masakit sa DL Bro, nung nag GWO tayo nandun na yung pain pero wala ako nararamdaman sa squat lang talaga. Mukhang ok naman ginawa ko mga stretches and hip rotation exercises today.

    Tama ok din talaga mga rehab exercise basta tuloy tuloy lang. Get well soon sa injury mo sir.

    @buh LOL. Talagang hindi pantay yun. Kung saan mas mababa yung betlog, doon nakaharap si manoy.

    Yung sakin medjo hesitant pa din tuloy ako mag DL kahit parang ok naman na siya.
    Yung isip ko siguro ang hindi pa fully recovered hehe.

    Kung di na ganun kasakit start na ulit mag DL's kahit olympic bar lang. Para dumaloy ang dugo sa injured part mas mabilis ang recovery.

    ^Yan na nga kinakatakot ko Sir yung surgery since I did some reading about this and medyo ilan ilan din ang nag undergo ng surgery. Although yung sakin naman sumasakit lang when doing squats lalo na pag ATG.

    Try ko muna mag pa PT sana gumaling, salamat Sir!
