    FST-7 Arms Day

    This is my first time to changed my training plan coming from old school bodybuilding split hihihi

    Grabe yung pump na nakuha ko lol i guess 3 hours na nakakalipas ng training session ko magang maga pa din arms ko eh hihihi di nako nag selfie kasi medyo pumped talaga ung muscles kaya di kapani paniwala ung size sa normal Mode ko hahaha. Mag selfie ako sa sunday after ng 1st week training nitong FST 7 :)

    ngayon habang tina type ko to DOMS pa ron biceps ko hihihi dati sa triceps lang ako nag kaka doms ngayon both na hahaha

    Di ko kabisado ung poundages pero 3x ako nag deload ( failed ) di ko na kasi kaya maka 12reps so asp the masters, mag deload sa next set para maka minimum 12 reps. Btw, sinunod ko talaga yung water rest lang hihihi 30-40seconds

    Not bad sa unang araw ako ng training approach na ito. Got good pumps. Lets see saan ako dadalhin nitong training na ito.

    Sa nutrition naman since naka deficit ako as they say or sa madaling salita eh nagbabawas ng konti sa kinakain ko, i eat alot of veggies st fruits ngayon. Nagbawad din ako ng rice intake then sa usapang karne naman, i guess ganun pa rin pero magdadag ulit ako ng whey extra protein baga :)

    FST-7 Legs Day

    #rant biceps DOMS all the way hangang ngayong tinatype ko ito hahaha dati nung bago pa ko mag FST7 tricep, yan nararamdaman ko DOMS, pero never ung biceps ko ngayon biceps all the way hahaha sana good sign ito or else!

    WU - air squat 3 sets 1o reps and 3 sets of legs extention and lying leg curl

    BB Back Squat ( WU Sets excluded )

    * deload twice kasi di na maka 10 reps pero sinunod ko pa rin ung 40 seconds rest

    * deload din! 3 beses kasi ramdam ko pupulikatin ako kung same weight pa din

    Seated Calve Raise FST7
    7 sets 15 easy reps hahaha will add more heavy weights next time


    * bale dito sa FST7 Legs Day ko, di ko alam kung i aapply ko ba itong FST 7 or sa back days ko na lang since legs extention/lying leg curl lang naman un sa back day. Then sa legs day ko talaga balik sa dati na 5 sets of progressive overload na lang.

    Ok naman ung feeling kasi pansin ko kita agad ung mga definiton after kaso di ko ramdam ung pump na nararamdaman ko sa progressive overload ng dati kong routine.

    Try ko muna tapusin ung week na ito ng malaman ko kung ano ba ang dapat i adjust :) Chest Tricep mamayang hapon.. feeling laki lakihan na naman ako nito hahahaha

    * walang deloading na nangyari hehehe natutuo na sa nakaraang arms day :)

    * Will use moderate poundages pag mag tricep ako after ng chest routine. Pero pag arms day dun na lang ako mag heheavy sa triceps routine. Same goes sa Leg extention at lying leg curl. Pag full legs day, go heavy sa lahat ng routine at di ko na i incorporate ung FST7 pero sa back day ko dun ko ilalagay ung FST7 para sa lying leg curl at seated leg extention.

    isang mabilisang training kasi papasok pa sa work. gusto ko pa mag dagdag ng poundages kaso habol oras na naman kasi late na dumating sa gym. kasalan to ng gf ko hilig mag puyat eh :( bukas pramizz aagahan ko kasi legs day ako at 2 hours inaabot ko dun hehehe

    regarding sa FST 7 training na ginagawa ko ngayon, para palang normal split lang din ung last exercise lang o ung finisher ang pinag kaiba. tapusin ko lng itong 4 weeks baka bumalik na ulit ako sa old school BBing split hten ung finisher ko 7 sets na lang palagi.

    Update lang : stiff neck at wrist pain ang mga bago kong bespren sa training hahahha

    Pero binubuhat ko pa rin medyo iniba ko na lang ung ibang routine para kahit papano makabuhat pa rin ng mabigat. Asa fst7 pa rin ako.

    75kgs na lang ako ngayon at nakakabaliw hihihi. Lalo nat may injury nga ako. Nagbawa ako ng fat intake kaya feeling ko habang nababa timbang ko naliit na rin ako muscle at fats nawawala eh naka see food diet pa naman ako.

    Pero ung ibang lifting stat ko kahit papano di naman bumaba. Kaya thankful pa rin ako kay god kasi di nya ako pinababayaan

    at last!!!! after 7 years without lifting and loosing all my gains at napalitan ng mga masasamang fats, im oing to train ulit MAMAYA NA! mix emotions ang narramdaman ko lalot namiss ko ang mga bakal :) kaya sana makisama lahat ng bumubuo ng isang magandang training mamaya :) nakakabaliw pag di ka nakaka himas ng bakal! hahaha

    Good training! Good Pump! Good Meal! Not So Good Sleep! Pero thanks god at ok pa rin training ko. Off ko bukas sa training. 76kgs na lang ako ngayon hihihi BF% lowing down. kaso bloated hahaha pero once flex ko ung core area eh may masasabi na rin. hahaha paano kaya liliit yung laman ng tyan ko LOL (Bro science bro :P ) kasalan ko rin kasi see-food diet sinunod ko :'(

    some updates for my epic cutting ( kuno ) hahaha 75kgs kaninang umaga ang timbang ko.
    after a week na walang training, laks lakasan ako kanina at thank god na hinde ako humina hihihi
    sarap mag pe flex ng maskels hihihih kaya I decided na mag pa picture sa isang gym mate na may talent sa pagkuha ng litrato! lol hahaha

    PS. wag nyo na lang pansinin ung airport na makikita nyo hehehe natty all the way pa rin naman tayo hihihhi

    hihihi nag kataon lang talaga papz na bawas bawas din ako sa kinakain ko lalo sa mga mamantika.. un lang papi. pero as much as possible ung training ko ganun pa rin kahit sa poundages.. mag papaaraw lang ako ng konti tapos balik ulit sa patay gutom mode na lamon hehehe


    medyo busy pa rin sa work pero wala pa rin excuse sa training kahit 45mins to 1 hour lang hihihi
