    hahaha, ngayon lang ako nag forum bossing....dati nagbabasa basa sa bodybuilding.com that was 3 years ago.

    Na apply? i did my meal plan including those food sources...Tama ka there are hundreds of muscle building training routines, infos, nutrition plan etc. some are good, some are not so good, and some are just plan scams. simply trial and error.
