  • Nagbubuhat ako. I just got confused on whether or not it's possible to shred fat and gain muscle at the same time (With regards to the diet).One final question about diet. How do you manage cheat days? Some guys say that you should eat an additional 500 to 1000 calories while some say that if you're not eating at least 6000 calories then you're doing it wrong.

    I didn't have any "official" before pics because I was a bit ashamed to take them. I initially thought I was just overweight but found out that I was obese after having my measurements taken in PE class.

    The one on the right was taken 1 or two weeks after Insanity.

    Based on the pic you seem to have lost weight lang, gained little to no muscles at all to be honest.

    Start lifting and bulking na dahil if you confuse yourself with the lose fat-build muscle schemes (na hindi para sa lahat ng tao, not saying it does not work) ano kakalabasan ng katawan mo brah? Kung yang pic pagbabasehan naten I assure you non-lifting faggot kakalabasan nyan.

    wag mo alalahanin yung taba mo,in the process naman yung pagbabawas ng taba while gaining muscle.
    about sa diet, kung gusto mo magpabulk example, ang calorie limit mo per day is 2000, just add 500. kung cuts naman habol mo, babawasan mo naman ng 500.
    simple. ignore mo yung mga insa-insanity na yan! start lifting!

  • Like what I've said, I've already started lifting months ago. At that time my mindset was still to just eat as less calories as possible to lose all the fat. Now I know, thanks guys (y)

    before din mali info ko about sa diet, gym ako ng gym tapos pagdating sa bahay todo tipid pa sa mga kinakain kasi natatakot ako baka masayang lang winorkout ko. eh nagpapalaki ako, so yung hardwork ko sa gym wala din. tuyot kinalabasan noon..
    pero buti na-guide ako dito sa pbb-forum,natuto ako magcompute ng macros na kailangan ko per day.:)
    eto basic alam na naman ng lahat:

    di masyado applicable saken yan pagdating sa career. need ako respetuhin ng mga contractor saka ibang managers kundi mawawala authority ko hahaha. Pero kung ibang tao wala din ako pake panay bb'ing related vids ako pag sa byahe.

    Need advice mga sir malaking problema po, anu ba cheap way para mataas ko protein, carbs,fats mga 40%protein 40%carbs 20%fats
    Mga 3k or more kelangan ko calories. Di ko maabot kinakapos sa foods.
    Di ko pa kasi kaya bumili ng mga meat and eggs.
    Nagaaral palang kasi ako e kaya ipon lang panggastos ko, di rin ako makahingi sa nanay ko ng pera haha

    Cheap na yang meat and eggs trust me.
    Payo ko lang lagi sa mg student take advantage niyo muna pagkain sa bahay niyo. Tapos pag may xtra kayong pera bumili kayo ng eggs, occasional tuna. Yan na pinaka madali sa ngayon.

    Melvin, Bago lang din ako dito para sa tanong mo, pero bro maganda yan promatrix tirahin mo habang nag wowork out ka, inumin mo ng pre at post work out. kung nag papataba ka ngayon pwede ka magpataba kahit walang promatrix kain ka every 2.5 or three hours a day, average 6 meals a day. Kasi protein supplement is most important nutrient to build muscle without it your muscle cells will die kung d ka nag wowork out sayang lang.
